I had a great time at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Las Cruces. It's a 4.5 star hotel, but I would round up to 5 stars. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and it had all the amenities I needed. I especially liked that they used non-disposable plates and forks for breakfast. The air conditioner was a little noisy, but it wasn't a major problem.

Overall, the hotel was clean and got the job done. There were some little things though, that were a bit irritating. Although we booked our stay weeks in advance, we were placed in a handicap accessible room. Not the end of the world, but the hand rails all over the bathroom and shower kind of detract from the vibe I'm going for on vacation.A couple other issues with the room:The electric blinds didn't retract in the living room. They only went up about a third of the way, making the natural light pretty minimal. Again, not the end of the world, but annoying. The shower had a hand held wand. Probably because it was in an accessible room. I like the wand, but the hose for it had a hole in it, which caused water to shoot all over the bathroom. No biggie, I can turn the hand held portion off and use the overhead shower head. The shampoo dispenser on the wall had no shampoo in it... no excuses.Because the bathroom could accommodate a wheelchair, it was huge, with a lot of wall space. Yet for some reason, all three towel hooks were about 18 inches above the toilet. Why not on one of the many empty walls?Only one side of the bathroom vanity had lights that worked. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom seemed to be broken. The high and low settings did not affect the little amount of air that was being released. There was also some dude that was chain smoking right outside the back door. At least he was outside, but God forbid he stepped 20 feet away from the building. For both days of my stay, the stench of cigarettess filled the hallways and infiltrated our room. Not the hotels fault, but God damnit.Again, all of these things were just a bit annoying... and to be fair, I didn't complain to the staff to try and get it fixed. The room seemed clean and got the job done. The breakfast was good, and staff was fine.

Upon arrival Rayan’s welcoming smile and friendliness will assure you that this Hilton is your home away from home. At the breakfast location, Miriam will go above and beyond to ensure that your needs are met. I love it here.

Walls are thin. I was woken up at 5am by someone else's phone alarm followed by heavy footsteps back and forth above me. All the services and amenities don't count for much if I can't sleep.

Loved the stay here. The customer service staff were the best. Comfortable rooms, with cool technology. My son enjoyed the gym. I had a great weekend with the family in style. Family orientated was the best part.Rooms: Clean and comfortable, with access to a kitchenette if you need to heat up anything or cook a small meal. Nice suite.Nearby activities: Easy drive to restaurants or shopping.Food & drinks: Breakfast done well, tasty.

BEWARE that this hotel does NOT have any security cameras in the parking lot, and the local theives know it. Our truck was broken into overnight and some very important items were stolen. Miraculously, the Las Cruces police department was able to recover some of the stolen items within a 3 mile radius of hotel. They told us that this is a rough neighbohood area. We stayed here one night. The room was dirty and very worn. The floor was filthy and shower stall had stains, mold, and rust. Air conditioner was LOUD.

The room was super large and spacious. Nice design too! However there was nothing else worth mentioning there. No alcohol on site to purchase either.

Stayed here for a week while in the area for work. Really liked the room I was in. Worth the small price increase compared to cheaper hotels in the area. Not a lot in the area besides the university, but if you're staying somewhere this was a great choice for me.

Me and my family were in a car wreck, and my aunt got us a room at this hotel. The team members were very understanding of our predicament and did everything they could to make us comfy. I thank everyone we met at this hotel, and if I ever get stranded in Las cruses again, I'll know where to go.

Everything about this hotel is pretty good except that they make you pay a daily charge for working Internet access. I can't get this reimbursed from my company so unfortunately I will never stay here again. Seems to me that this hotel is shooting itself in the foot to charge for Internet since they will be losing business because of it. I travel to Las Cruces for business over 100 days per year, and although I like this room better than other options, I will have to go with the other options due to the Internet issue.
