The staff does not know what they are doing at this place. I asked for help with a patio set. I was told to take a picture of their display and show it to the cashier. Cashier charged my credit card and sent me to Pick up and Delivery, where they told me the patio set was sold out, & that I had been sold the display unit - which had already been sold by another employee. My credit card refund will appear in 3 to 5 business days, so I can't even purchase another one at another location for 3 -5 business days.

If I could give no stars I would. 3 weeks ago we went to flooring Dept to buy for my new medical practice. Diego was sitting in the chair, he seemed put out that he had to get up to help, He never smiled. We paid $37 for them to measure, after a week the man came. I told him we'd move the furniture. Another week and I called Diego to see when they'd come install the tile. He said he sent estimate to email-NOPE, he said it'll take 3 men to move appliances, I said it was a small dorm fridge, like I told the guy, we'd move furniture. The man who came out told me no fee for moving a love seat and chair. Diego said the estimate was $1990 for a $300 floor. I told him no way. He said he had to redo the estimate, he'd resend in 1 day. We couldn't set up installation until we paid. That was last week, I'm still waiting for the email! I called someone and I'm going to LOWES!!! You lost a sale HD!!!

Don’t buy anything from here if ur not gna use it right away. They will not take it back. We called the store first before making the trip and they said sure we’ll take it back when we got here they said no cuz it was a deleted item and we didn’t have a receipt. I said that’s why we called in the first place.

This Home Depot have lots of home improvement merchandises like all the other stores. I found what I needed despite staff looking too busy to ask if I have found what I needed.

I just spent 15 minutes in the window section to buy replacement windows for my house. Two employees were terribly busy carrying on a personal conversation. Three more walked past me, carefully avoiding eye contact. Evidently they no longer sell windows here. Headed to Lowes.

I don't know why you have to have such a hard time to get someone to help you in this store. This is how it always is here! They see you and I have seen employees literally walk the other direction even after trying to flag them down. 1 star rating cuz this is how it always is. I come here if I'm desperate!!!

Why aren't the employees wearing masks? Why is nobody sanitizing carts? Why is there no plexiglass splash guards at the checkout? There is a pandemic going on.

We just ordered a washer and dryer from Home Depot. They were having a 30% off sale so the price was awesome. I had purchased the professional install, but didn't realize that it came with all the parts I needed, so I ordered extra. I called customer service and they refunded me that same day which was really easy. On the day of my delivery I had a window of 11-3 and they were there before 12. The delivery people were only in my house for about 10 minutes, they were so fast! They checked all the connections and ran the washer and dryer to make sure everything worked. Really great experience and I'd recommend ordering large appliances from the Home Depot.

I have made 7 calls this week to Home Depot to try to order a door in a 32 by 80 size. I found one worker in the door Department named Irene that knew what she was doing. I told Desiree, supervisor 4 times, the size and type of door. She apparently didn't think she needed to write anything down I guess she could memorize about 12 words look up the door and get she really knew what she was doing it ordered...wrong. Too bad Larry who supervised there many years is gone. Brad

If you are needing only items you can buy immediately in the store...like screws or tape or garden soil...then go here. They have that stuff. If you can pick it out without assistance or having to special order, go here. Honestly, their paint people are pretty efficient and helpful. But beyond that they are pretty useless. They do not have designated people in any department. And that leads to chaos and ineffective assistance. Train people in one department and freakin' leave them there. This is not WalMart...people need specialized help in some departments of your store. My advice is not to special order anything from this location. Alamogordo is where you should do special orders. I have been waiting 4 months for a special order door to arrive. We have tried 3 times to get it right. 1st door: the incorrect size. Seems even when they send people out to measure they don't order what they tell them is the correct size. I have paperwork that indicates one size door was to be ordered and when the door arrived, it was not that size. They sent along the regular door...NOT my special order. So that went back. 2nd door: A manufacturers error. Seems there is no product inspection on site at the store before they send stuff out with the installer. Back went door #2. 3rd door: Arrived over a week ago and NO ONE from the store scheduled installation even after I called twice to ask about it. And no, it's not my responsibility. Home Depot took my money for installation. They are, according to my installer, supposed to call them and have it scheduled for install. I have been informed this particular Home Depot is very bad about just letting your orders sit until you actually take the initiative. Speaking with the manager doesn't help much. And the gal that is supposed to be scheduling the installations always seems to be at "off that day". So, I do not recommend this as a place for your special orders or purchases with in store help. Customer Service desk people have no customer service training and are short and unhelpful when you go in and even worse on the phone. I'll be going to Lowe's or Alamogordo from now on. It's easier than several return visits to get it right or waiting 4 months for a large special order.

I went in with my 73 year old mother and we had to 8 pieces of lattice we had to pack through the store while several staff members walked by us never asking if we needed help. we also had ten sheets of osb and 2 by 4s. We had to ask three times in order to get anyone to help us get it off the shelf and that's all they did. They didn't take it to our truck or even offer. I have never seen such lazy staff, leaning on the counters talking to each never even acknowledging one customer.

decent but when I was there today, they were letting a guy walk around and vape with weed. i am extremely allergic so as they blew their clouds, I had to leave the store. Same people also had a young dog that was out of control and peed on the floor. Made it so I could not shop here. If your pot heads are priority, good luck but I won't be back.
