I bought in Jun 15 my first RV with them. It was a pre-owned 2021 Salem FSX. The first problem we got is that the RV was listed as a 2022 in the web page and after the negotiations and when we came to sign papers, they were putting that it was a 2018, but after checking the title, they figured out it was a 2021. They compensate this by removing the cold feet clause in the contract and giving us more time to decide. But when we went and pick up the RV, we were new, so i didn't know what to check or what to ask. So, i asked only if everything was working fine, they assured me, that everything was fine with the RV. Month after we made our first trip to camping in cloudcroft. We bought a solar panel to keep the charge of the battery. But after a two hours trip when we just got there, the battery was empty, and when we tried to charge it, it would not hold the charge, i call camping world to complain, they told me that it was because the freezer that was draining the power of the battery. I bought a generator and even with that the battery was not retaining charge. I went to OReilly to get the battery check, and they confirmed that the battery was not good. I bought a new one. In this first trip i didn't pay too much attention to the tanks because we didn't used to much water. But in after a month we made another trip to Phoenix and we stayed in an RV park with all the services. The gray tank was showing empty but the water started coming from the shower. I call to complain to Chris Glover. And basically he told me that the RV brakes, that they check everything there and if i want a fix, i will need to pay. Also, apart of all this, it took 2 months to sent me the plates and the registration. Also, if you check the web page, it would have a different operation hours that the one they really have. I'm not sure if all the camping world in the USA give the same service, but i will not recommend the one in Las Cruces NM to any one

My husband and I are over the road truck drivers and we have a 40’ straight truck with a custom sleeper. We basically have a camper that we haul freight with. When we are down for the weekends, we prefer to stay at campgrounds. We arrived in Las Cruces Friday afternoon, checked into campground, went to hook everything up and there was an issue. As soon as we plugged in smoked started filling the sleeper and outside as well. Husband quickly unplugged everything. Our shore power cord was fried. Also the wires going into the truck were burned a couple inches. We looked for a close by rv repair close by. We were 2 miles from Holiday World. We hurried over there and Mr “Nacho”, service manger came to look at our problem. He said they could fix it but not Friday. I was afraid he was going to say it would be a couple weeks. We were thrilled that he asked if we could be there at 900 am Saturday morning. We said absolutely!
We arrived Sat morning they got us right in. We were kept up to date as to what was found and the plan for repair. We were done and driving away before noon.
There is nothing negative we can say about this experience. The staff was friendly and professional. They are also pet friendly which is important as well.
While we didn’t want to have to spend time in the repair shop, we are so thankful we came across Holiday World and their staff. I hope we don’t have to see them again but if we are in the area and have issues we wouldn’t hesitate to go back

Recently went to Holiday World to look at travel trailers and worked with a great sales man by the name of Dennis. Working with Dennis was like going to a Porsche dealership and having a Porsche race car drive as your sales person. He knew all the ins and outs of all the trailers. There wasn’t one question that I had that he couldn’t answer.
I highly recommend seeking out Dennis to be your sales person.

I purchased my 2018 Riverstone Legacy 38MB long distance (from Virginia). From the initial phone call at customer service to sales, management, parts, and service my experience was nothing but dignity, respect and five star + service. From the first phone call until the final phone call after unit was delivered - they took care of me ensuring my experience was pleasant as possible.
I have nothing but positive words to say about the entire Team at Holiday World Las Cruces and it starts with the General Manager Jon Coomes. Jerry (sales) did a FaceTime walk through with me and Chris (Sales Manager) and Jon (General Manager), Andrew (Parts) along Alfred (Service) all went the extra mile to ensure the rig was ready for travel and use.
The Service prep (free of charge) included a good inspection, tank flushing, cleaning and sanitizing, servicing the generator, spot caulking the roof where needed; and, we also added all new tires and batteries. The Service Center did a good PDI and even fixed a few minor things they found without charge.
Bottom Line: I recommend without any hesitation that if you are looking for a RV - used or new Holiday World, and I would return again.The purchase was zero pressure - no gimmicks, no hidden fees, and any negotiations are straight forward, without a slight of the hand or smoke and mirrors. The entire Team at Holiday World will treat you with dignity and respect. Thank you!!!

We just bought our first Camping Trailer. The entire staff is super friendly, very knowledgeable, and got us the best deals. Shout out to Orlando from the service dept. We forgot the key to our Hitch and he helped us out. Definitely recommended buying from them!!
