“Update: July 2021We had an awesome experience with our consultant Diana Allen in designing our bar area. From start to finish, she was super helpful and the installations for the cabinets, glass doors and granite countertop was smooth and easy. We were so happy they could match our same cabinets and gave us a beautiful option on granite to make the area look unique and beautiful. We highly recommend Sher-wood. I opened it 5 weeks after i bought it. The cabinet was cracked down the side. very broken. I called the store and asked for a new one to be delivered. Customer service said, no, of course. I asked to speak to a manager. Cynthia set me up with a new delivery immediately. There was a small snafu but old one was picked up and new one delivered with in two days. Delivery folx were amazing too. Helpful and kind. I am so appreciative of good service!!!! Thank you Home Depot Las Cruces!”

“Jake always takes care of business and he should be the store manager as we always see him working the hardest!
We spend a lot of money in this store each year and we know the people who care and actually work. Jake is always helping us pull materials and also helps load the trailer. Most of the employees leave when it is time for manual labor. Xavier and Kevin will tell you that they are working on an answer for you when your materials don't get delivered. The truth is, they really aren't working on anything. That has been proven at this point!
