Went with my pops..cause he was looking for a broom for outside.. of course we didn't know are way around the store so we ask an employee if f he can point the way. It course that's not only what he did, he also escorted us the way there.. they were out of stock in the front. So he offer to check the back for us.. I'm didn't catch the workers name.. but he had great customer service. Let say all the employees there that night were a great help. And They were stocking that night.. so to stop what he was doing to help my pops is what a great customer service is about.. 5stars is just not enough.. should be ten.. thanks guys .

THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE W/ THIS STORE IS THE FACT THAT THE LADY W/ ALL THE TATTOOS SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY ONE WHO IS ACTUALLY WORKING !! I WENT INTO THIS STORE W/ MY SON AND ENCOUNTERED 8 OTHER SHOPPERS IN LINE AT THE COUNTER FOR CHECK OUT . THERE WERE OTHERS LIKE MYSELF WHO NEEDED TO PURCHASE ITEMS THAT WERE LOCKED UP AND "NO ONE" WHO COULD HELP US !! THE LADY AT THE COUNTER CALLED FOR ASSISTANCE BUT NO RESPONSE FOR A GOOD 15 MINUTES ! FINALLY A YOUNG MAN CAME FROM THE BACK , BUT SEEMED TO HAVE AN ISSUE ABOUT BEING UP FRONT IN THE STORE TO HELP THE YOUNG LADY AT THE COUNTER , " WHO WAS TRYING HER BEST TO HELP EVERYONE ALL BY HERSELF " !! I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 50 YEARS AND I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THAT YOUNG MAN HIS WALKING PAPERS IF HE WORKED FOR ME !! I WAS VISITING LAS CRUCES THAT DAY TO HELP MY SON, BUT I NORMALLY DO ALL MY HARBOR FREIGHT SHOPPING IN EL PASO AT THE STORE IN NE ON DYER ST AND McCOMBS .. EVERYONE AT THAT STORE IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS " W/ A SMILE " ! THE YOUNG MAN IN YOUR LAS CRUCES STORE WOULD NOT LAST ONE DAY IN THAT STORE FOR THE SIMPLE REASON THAT THEY ALL WORK HARD AND NEVER LEAVE ANOTHER WORKER HANDLING THE ENTIRE WORK LOAD BY THEMSELVES AS HE DID !!

Shawnda... This was a disappointment to say the least.. Lazy, rude & very Unprofessional... She didn't greet (Welcome) she responds every question with an uhm? Or asking someone else to help us.. She's either NEVER worked in her life to develop a customer service connection or can we please get her some proper training YIKES!

Be careful this store will scam you! I purchased an air compressor with a "free" tool for $399.99 and was charged for it! Supervisor Joe was no help at all assuming it was a "Free" tool on the return. I will take my business elsewhere
