The staff are incredibly polite, honest, and willing to work with you to ensure that you are getting the best deal possible. They aren't solely in it to make profit off of you like most of the other stores. They want to make sure that you feel confident in your purchases, and feel welcome in the store. That is what I have appreciated the most. The fact that I feel valued as a customer and can freely ask questions without judgement, is the reason why I will only ever give Custom Cartridge Company my business from now on, instead of any other store in Las Cruces.”

“I'm already impressed with Sparks and I haven't even bought anything from/through them. I called on New Year's Day, not actually expecting anyone to be in, but they answered their phone (only store in town I called that was actually working on a holiday) BIG kudos there. They don't have the firearm I have my heart set on, but ordered me one and offered a great cash 'out the door' price I'm seriously considering. Even with TT&L and transfer fees, if we use credit, it's still not really any more expensive than getting it thru Sportsman's. I have a beef with Sportsman's so refuse to do ANYTHING with them. I can't wait until the unit arrives so I can take the wife down there and secure her new sidearm.”

“Always excellent! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful individuals. If they don't have it, they can special order for you. Lowest $$ for transfers. Indoor range is climate controlled and clean. $20/person for the day. Good solid deal! Save some time and do the range waiver online (their website).”

“As a regular customer of the store, i just want to say the gun counter employees are doing exactly what they are supposed to be doing. It's not just their job to sell guns, but to make sure they are selling to responsible gun owners. I've watched as people walk up, point to a gun they want and bring their wife, girlfriend or whomever to buy it. The person will ask for the gun but cannot function it or even say why they want it. That is called a straw purchase and it's illegal. Several people don't take the time to read the background form and mess up questions that make it impossible to sell the gun. If they are dealing with a customer, you need ro wait your turn. You can make an appointment online if you prefer not to wait. They sell A LOT of guns everyday at Sportsmans, so if you were denied, it was probably for good reason. The employees are doing their job. Keep up the good work!! Good luck finding a better price or selection. Keep complaining, maybe the store will close and the other local stores can jack up the prices since they won't have any competition.”
