These guys ripped me off when I first started service with them in 2020. The propane tank at the house I moved into was full when I set up my service and they charged me for the propane. Given that they charge by the gallon upon delivery, that means that the previous tenant had already paid for the propane. They basically got paid twice for the same propane. Since I have autism, which I told them, and had visible trouble understanding how to set all of it up, they knowingly ripped off a developmentally delayed and vulnerable person.

The gentleman who is always out filling propane with the longer shaggy hair is rad. Always helpful, knows what he’s doing and remembers us every time we fill our tanks. Don’t usually have a hard time paying unless they charge us wrong.

We had an amazing experience with Griffin’s Propane! From the receptionist to the gentleman who did the safety inspection and fill, they were both kind, prompt and knowledgeable. Came over the same day after filling out paperwork and filled up and even came in and made sure everything was lit and ready to go.

I have a real problem with Griffin Propane's business practices. They own a block in a historic district in Pinos Altos, NM where they lease out part to a very popular restaurant, the Buckhorn. The problem is that they refuse to regularly empty the open septic field behind the Buckhorn restaurant resulting in a public health threat to our community. Behind a restaurant. In a historic district. Seriously.I spoke to the owner's son-in-law this morning and he more or less threatened to raise our propane bill because of our pressure on Griffin's to see to their basic responsibilities. Shameful. Irresponsible. Blechh!

We called almost 2 weeks ago and set up an appointment and they still haven’t showed up or called. When we try to call to see what’s going on nobody answers. There are kids at my house who need propane to eat food other than noodles and to be able to take a shower at their own house instead of having to travel elsewhere to do so. Griffin should care more about their customers.
