Was able to find what I needed. Though, staff were ridiculously rude to people. Myself included. When I confronted the cashier about it, the manager or whoever he is chipped in and said that if I have a problem with them, don't come back. He can bet that I won't be going back.

Browsed and almost bought a t-shirt but was working and Taking clients shopping so didn’t. Everything was fifty percent off so prices were fantastic! Only suggestion would be to divide clothes by size. Clothes were divided by color. If they divided them by size also that would be fantastic! Petted Baby the dog while browsing. Employees were very nice! I’ll definitely be back.

Visited here are on a Monday afternoon with my wife. Positive is they were open on a Monday, I struggled to find many other thrift stores open on a Monday. However overall the quality of stuff was lacking to me, I understand it's a thrift store but I felt a lot of the stuff here was just junk. It was disappointing to see that there was no refunds given if I wanted to bring an item back. I didn't find that the items were well organized or labeled, especially the clothing - the men's clothing was grouped in with the ladies and you had to go digging for sizes. I also struggled to find pricing on many items, I looked everywhere for pricing on books and I was not able to find how much they were. I did however find the staff to be friendly and at the end of the day it is a thrift store, you never know what gem you might find!

What a shame when employees don't understand the concept of customer service. We visited the store on July 4, 2022 & I had the misfortune of interacting with an employee who did not like my question regarding the 50% off sale. Since I wanted to be sure the sale applied to the brand new glassware, I re-inquired & this particular associate who on that day was wearing jeans, a black top, her hair straight up to her shoulders & red lipstick, was bothered. She was rude & condescending & made it aware that like the previous explanation, everything but the clothes were 50% off & that included the glassware. Wow...are you upset because you're working on July 4th? Are you upset at life? What's a matter with you? I was ready to purchase almost all of their glassware but with treatment like that, I always take my business somewhere else & I did. Almost as soon as it happened, I walked over to my husband & advised him we were leaving. I explained the situation & he too agreed, it would be best to leave. As a hospitality professional who is degreed, I've helped hundred of thousands customers & no matter how many of the same customers asked the same questions, I always answered in a respectable, courteous manner. Employees who serve the public need to understand the goal & mission of their position in order to be successful. This thrift store is suppose to be "Christian" but something else other than GOD was with that woman on this day. My advice to the Good News Store management is to train their employees in the best practices of customer service to generate the most profit. Remember your store operates for the sole purpose to help the needy but when you have employees who don't align themselves with your mission, the needy are deprived.

This was my first time at this thrift store. We found awesome vantage stuff and the lady working was very nice and helpful. Well diffently go back again.

Didn’t find anything to buy yet but lots of variety and the staff is super friendly, I would highly recommend stopping by if you’re a true thrifter.

A bit cluttered on the placement of their goods. It didn't really feel like a well thought out layout. The stock was limited in terms of what one would expect from a thrift store. Pricing was decent when your trying to shop on a budget though.

An amazing store for its size. Before you drop a bunch of money at a furniture store, remember to check here first. I'm serious; they had a surprising amount of used, high-end furnishings. i also unexpectedly found a few 1st-edition books. Don't pass this gem by.

So..... I went to this store yesterday.... I found AWESOME suspenders! However, they were too small. I ended up finding some fantastic clothes, a beautiful patio set that I would just love to take home.... I found a few other specifically desired items. today my Partner was with me and we stopped in... He got a couple books he's pretty much always got his eye out for.. I was blessed with the movie enabling me to partake in a family tradition I sadly missed out on the last three years. Also we got a rather neat and useful travel bag.... We're definitely gonna return to get the other items we earmarked...OOOHHH Also the prices and sales were fantastic! .
