I just went into the las cruces home depot with the intention of spending thousands on new appliances for my home. I also wanted new flooring so I talked to the employee in flooring first, at around 6 pm on Sep 26. I explained to the employee sitting at the desk about the size of my house that I was looking at flooring for. His first response was to get hostile with me and tell me I did not explain anything right to him. I said I thought I did. He then told me I did not because of some ridiculous details about the dirt under the house that I didn't tell him in the first place. I walked over to the nice lady working in appliances, but the guy in flooring pissed me off so bad with his bad attitude that I walked out of the store and decided I will buy thousands in appliances at another store instead. I'm a veteran and I'm done with home depot after this disrespect for no good reason.

I bought a laundry utility sink online and store delivered. I couldnt open it for a month because I left on a trip 2 days after it was delivered. I was gone for one month. I opened it 5 weeks after i bought it. The cabinet was cracked down the side. very broken. I called the store and asked for a new one to be delivered. Customer service said, no, of course. I asked to speak to a manager. Cynthia set me up with a new delivery immediately. There was a small snafu but old one was picked up and new one delivered with in two days. Delivery folx were amazing too. Helpful and kind. I am so appreciative of good service!!!! Thank you Home Depot Las Cruces!

The store held an associate meeting at 7:45 and I waited an extensively long time after asking several associates to open the spray paint cage. You made me late to my job this morning as I didn't account for waiting 20+ minutes for 2 cans of paint. I was directly ignored by one of your employees, and the only reason I got my paint at all is because I weaseled my way into your paint cage to help myself. I only shop here out of necessity, and I wouldn't come here at all if I wasn't a contractor.

Of all the Home Depot stores I have patronized, the Las Cruces store is the worst. If you need three items, you will be lucky to find one. The store managers I have dealt with at this location are arrogant, rude, and rarely helpful. I recently visited the store to purchase an electric heater, which they had, but the space for it on the she;f was empty. I could see the product on the overhead rack, about ten feet up, but a ladder would be necessary to reach it. There was an employee at a nearby closed register and I requested assistance. He said he would page someone to help. Fifteen minutes later, no help had arrived, so I made a second request. Still no help. Finally I went searching for an employee and finally found one who brought a ladder and got the heater for me. As usual, only self service lanes were open, so I asked to speak with the store manager. What I got was a rude "night manager" whose only concern was that in my conversation with him I referred to the person who I initially sought help from that did nothing as a "clown". Turns out the clown was a supervisor of some sort, probably "supervisor of clowns". Much better service will be found at just about any real hardware store where employees actually wait on customers. I am done with The Clown Depot.

I’ve had nothing but problems with this store. Customer service is by far the worst of all the locations I’ve lived by (prior Mil). Latest episode… I ordered a $1500 door that had to be custom built. Shows up with installer and there is a part missing. Long story short, this location still hasn’t contacted me about replacement part after being contact by installer and myself in person. Was told by pro desk the manager would call me next day. 6 days later… nothing! Was told I can get a similar part in isle 12. I refused to buy something that I already bought. Store #3505, your competition just got a new loyal customer

I normally find myself only posting positive reviews of places but find it important to forewarn customers (especially female customers) about this location. Last week I went in 3 separate times and had a terrible experience each time with 3 different departments ranging from being spoken down to because I asked a question regarding two different model toilets to being told nearly an hour before close by the young lady manning the paint counter that if I needed to figure out what paint I wanted that she had things to do because she was closing. The lack of customer service is overwhelming and it's very much a "figure it out yourself" experience because you are hard pressed to find anyone who wants to help. I have spoken with the manager regarding my experiences and pity him for having to run this location. Customers beware.

We have been waiting for help in the plumbing isle for 30 minutes and every employee we have asked for help can't help because they don't know anything about plumbing. They have been paged 5 times! Hire more people to help your customers!

paid for my floor to be measured, even though I already did it.. I paid for carpet, after 2 full weeks no one has even called to schedule an appointment to install it. I've called 3 times and drove 80 miles to speak with someone in person. no calls, no help. they have my payment, I don't even have a phone call. I'm close to filing a fraud complaint

This location has absolutely no customer service. We literally passed by at least 10 employees without so much as a greeting. We went through different departments and they were either on their phones, sitting down, or chatting with other employees about personal things while blocking isles. Not one employee looked up, smiled, or acknowledged us in any way. Very disappointing. Needless to say we didn't find what we walked in for and even if we did there was no way we were going to buy it from there. We found what we needed at Lowes, and they didn't treat us like we were invisible. Thumbs down home depot!
