“The Main Street branch is leaps and bounds better than the Lohman Branch. Every time I go to the Lohman Avenue Branch, I am treated very badly. My mother, best friend and kids have witnessed it and are just as blown away as I am and people have said they would never bank there being treated that way. I drive across town to the Main Street bank just to be treated fair and right. I am not sure how they are so awful to people and get away with it at that Branch but I will never go back to that Branch. I am so thankful the North Main location exists and this Bank's location would be my suggestion if you Bank at WSFCU? The atmosphere is excellent, customer service is excellent and you are treated like you are a human being and account holder that matters to them. They greet you at the drive through window every time and at Lohman they literally say nothing unless you press the button to speak to them, it's literally night and day how you are treated from one Branch to the other.”

“Overall the bank and staff are good and very helpful. Comparing to banks I've done business with in the past everything is average. My only personal complaint is location. There is only 1 bank and one atm and they are both inside which is shut down for 2 weeks because of covid so my only option for deposits is to go 30 miles away and same to withdrawal unless you pay fees to use another atm.”
“My view of this bank has changed to a very positive experience recently. They are the only bank who will work with your personal circumstances, as in "skip a payment". I had to call in to discuss it and the person was very unhelpful, rude, and didn't offer me the options i found out later were available. Well a week passed and i received a call from management apologizing for the agent and the bad service on the phone call. NEVER has that happened! They refunded my payment and told me the agent was supposed to ask me some questions. I'm very glad to have my car loans here!”
