Vivian is the best. I have her shampoo my hair even when I've just shampooed it that morning. She knows how to take care of her customers. I always get a trim or cut and a blow dry. Vivian is an excellent stylist. I won't go unless Vivian is my stylist. She's friendly, professional and kind. I enjoy my visits with her.Services: Haircut

Update:Vivian reached out to offer me a free hair cut, since they could not do a refund. I went just now to get a cut, and I love the new hairdo. It’s closer to one length like I originally wanted, just a bit shorter of course because of the bangs, but I appreciate her offer to make this right. She even offered one more cut if I need it, to grow out the bangs fully. Would recommend coming here, just wouldn’t ask for Amanda as she did the original cut. Thanks Vivian!!Original post:Terrible experience!! I asked for a diagonal forward bob, and instead my hairdresser cut bangs and gave me a mullet. She was distracted and took multiple phone calls during the haircut. I called and stopped into the store within five days to ask for my money back, and was told the owner would call me back ASAP. I never received a call back. When I called the store, I was told it was too late for a refund and there was nothing they could do for me. Very unprofessional, and when I asked for something reasonable to fix the issue they did nothing for me. Would not recommend this place!

Susy was a ROCKSTAR from start to finish. The salon was clean, cool and welcoming, and not crowded at all. She used a blue shampoo to keep my silver hair silver, did a wonderful scalp massage that almost made me fall asleep, and then worked with me until my haircut was JUST RIGHT. I can't recommend them highly enough, and I'll definitely be returning.Services: Haircut

Davina was very friendly from the start and took me back almost half an hour earlier than my appointment despite how early I showed up. My haircut turned out just how I wanted it to and I am thankful for the experience she provided. She was able to have a conversation without slowing down the process of my haircut which I appreciate as getting my hair done can often feel like a chore. Made an appointment with Davina. Showed her the picture if the haircut I wanted. Told her what I did NOT want. She ended up cutting it WAY TOO SHORT! Exactly what t did nit want. I hate short hair. I hate the hair cut!!. I asked if she understood how I liked it she said yes. Worst haircut ever!!Would NOT recommend Davina! She should not be cutting hair.Service: Haircut

I decided it was time for a change after having the same haircut for three years. I came in, told the hairstylist, Davina, what I would like, she told me no problem and got started. Her customer service skills were excellent and really took the time to get to know me while making me feel comfortable! My haircut turned out great!! I will be coming back to her for more haircuts. My husband and son now go to her for all their hair needs and leave loving their new cuts! I highly recommend Davina for child haircuts too, she was awesome with my little boy.Service: Haircut

Got myself and my two children a hair cut here. I was charged and then left. An hour later I got a call that they forgot to charge me for both the Children cuts and I had to go back and pay. I told them I wasn’t able to go back that same day to pay because I had stuff to do and would go in at a later time to pay for the mistake THEY made. When I went in to pay they were very unprofessional and rude and never apologized again for the mistake THEY made. Do not recommend this place.Service: Haircut
