I get medicines the next day here. I waited up to 10 days for some medicines at the chain pharmacies. Friendly and locally owned. A+

Best pharmacy in Las Cruces. Kenny and Hazel are always knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The entire staff does everything in their power to get prescriptions filled, often going out of their way to find medications. It is always a pleasure coming here!

I've known Ken the pharmacist since he was at KMart. Glad he opened his own place. They deliver! No more waiting like at Walgreens.Friendly staff.

Pharmacist we y above and bottoms to try to get the meds I needed for my son. Even went out of their way to contact the provider and help get the prescription filled.Clean, quiet and reliable!

I love this Pharmacy! They have always gone out if their way to make sure that my prescriptions are done accurately and delivered to me, by the way which I greatly appreciate. Their customer service is impeccable. Men, Hazel and staff are awesome! I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

VERY SLOW. Nobody came to the desk for about 7 mins. Then I politely asked for my pick up, i received it. I then asked "can you please tell me, at what time did the doctors office send my prescription over?" I wanted to know because it TOOK 24 HOURS to fill my meds. So is the Dr or the pharmacy? I'd like to know WELLL she let me know that it would be too inconvenient for her to look into the paperwork because she'd have to get out the stack from 2 days ago. She then proceeded to let me know that 'im not the only customer so my order is filled in the order it's received'. What she was really doing was belittling me, acting like I wanted special treatment or something. Which is clearly not the case. Really bad experience and REALLY bad customer service. I'd rather deal with the inconvenience of Walgreens' new schedule than be treated so badly. Btw they weren't busy and she could've helped. There was more but I'll leave it there. Sadly, I don't recommend this pharmacy. Always always support local business, unless you can't :/

Best pharmacy. Very promt friendly and I never have to wait as long as Walgreens. My #1 choice in pharmacy switching all my Family members and friends to use them Del rey rocks!! Thank you ❤️

If you’re getting a COVID vaccine be prepared to wait. They are so slow even with no customers. I’ve also watched unsafe practices so beware.

Very unprofessional, not disability welcomed! I went to purchase CBD oil for my Autistic son with ADHA. I made sure he sat down most of the time we were there. He needed the restroom and they denied him access to it. On top of that, I finally got to speak to pharmacist to consult about CBD OIL the whole time he was consulting me he had the phone holding next to his ear. I COULDN'T MULTITASK, Pay and hold my son at the same time. My son got up and began to run around in the matter of seconds while I was doing the purchasing. The pharmacist decided to tell me to make my son to stop running. There was only one other client in the pharmacy. Disappointing part, is that the pharmacist new my son had a disability. He was Very unprofessional and not understanding!

Since i switched From Walgreens & CVS. I transferred to Del Rey Pharmacy. I haven't had any issues. There very helpful & Friendly very welcoming. They already know me by my name.??

Scheduled an appointment to get COVID vaccine. When I got there, they were also allowing walk-ins and didn't care about appointments. It took nearly an hour and the tiny store was packed without any plan to deal with the crowd and they weren't social distancing. I asked for Moderna and Moderna was repeated to me but after I got the shot, the card that was handed to me said Pfizer. I'm guessing they had limited Moderna and didn't think much of me. Shame on them- awful experience.
