I own a couple of project cars. Nothing special, just for fun. I took my project Mini convertible to this garage to see if they could fix a problem with the windows. They had me schedule a month in advance and were adamant about an early drop in order to take the vehicle on the scheduled day. Then it took them 4 days to get to it. They charged me $250 to tell me they couldn't fix it. Ok slow, expensive and unhelpful. I was just going to move on. But when I went in to pickup they refused to give me my vehicle if I wouldn't sign a paper saying my ROOF RACK mounts wouldn't save me should I roll the car. The vehicle has been serviced by several different garages. None of them felt the need to criticize the roof rack mounts. But thanks for the structural report guys. So add bizarrely judgemental to the list of negatives. Perhaps more time spent trying to fix the problems you were contracted for and less on CYA paperwork? There are half a dozen quicker, cheaper, and better garages in town.

I highly recommend this shop!
I blew my engine and they were completely honest and upfront about the cost. They were also very empathetic about my situation and worked with my crazy college schedule to get it all worked out!

Been taking my vehicles to this garage for several years..no problems..until today. Beware that when using a debit card to pay they will run it as credit and then charge you a percent to add to the bill plus tax. No sign posted, no disclosure nothing. Apparently this was implemented within the last few months. Just another money grab on top of paying high prices. Cheaper at the dealer actually for the work performed. Being penalized to give them my money is not my thing. It is against the law for a merchant to use your debit card as credit and then charge you a fee and then charge sales tax with that. When I inquired about this the response was, oh well. This is fraud and petty theft. My bank is in agreement and requesting the refund. My money was refunded by the bank.
