Went in to turn on my cricket phone was told by the worker to do it on my phone they online because it would be cheaper after I paid my phone was still not activated and the worker said he couldn’t help because I did it online and not in store with him when he told me to do it that way he had no idea what he was doing neither did the two customer service reps I needed up figuring it out my self worst experience I ever had go with anyone but cricket

I recently went into the store to purchase a new phone using progressive leasing. I was told they did not have the i-phone 15 plus in store and it would have to be ordered and shipped to my home. The shipping would only be two business days. It has now been a week and I have not received the phone. Not cricket, nor Fedex, nor progressive leasing can give me answers to where the phone is and why I have not received it! It has been ridiculous and horrible experience.

I went in a couple weeks ago and was helped by a young man named Gerry. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. During my time there, he was very patient and politely answered all of my questions. Will definitely be returning because of the amazing service!

Ever since AT&T became a part of cricket wireless they have been trying to steal every penny they can from me. Today I paid my bill thru auto pay. Of course now they trying to steal money from me by giving me less wifi than I paid for. I'm tired of this back and forth with you guys and I will be switching asap!!!

Got great service at the one on Rinconada. Both employees were super helpful. After we went for the same reason two the one on Lohman and the one on Valley the two employees didn't even care , didn't even suggest what phone would be good for us. They just pushed us away , with you already have a phone better than the ones we have. But I wanted to change phones. Nevertheless, their lazy attitudes & lack of interest with no knowledge of what they sell made them lose on a good sale. The two employees at the Rinconada stayed with us even after closing, sold us the 2 phones we wanted and other accessories. I will go out of my way from now on, to give them my business.

Picked up a new phone, customer service was pretty thorough in setting it up for me since I had to travel to Las Cruces to find a decent phone. Store was clean, many choices available on phones, in all price ranges.The extra $150 I spent over and above the price of the phone, however, I felt was excessive. I had to pay for a charger and cord! The prices have gotten ridiculous.Do I recommend Cricket? I've been with them since the early 90s. The jury is still out on this AT&T version.
