Pulled up and as I got out of my vehicle a young man came out to fill my propane tank. Overall it was quick and they were efficient.

Horrible service. The only time they are nice is when you pay. The front desk has horrible customer service and can never take accountability. They never answer their phone either. I was forced to do a leak test and then charged for it even after we told them we didn’t want one. Every time we called we’d be given different information.

I've been a customer for many years. They're usually pretty good on their deliveries. However, I called the 27th of December to have my 250-gallon tank filled and was told it would be delivered on the 29th. When I called this afternoon since I knew it hadn't been delivered, the gal answering the phone was very rude and even hung up on me. Happy New Year to you, too. Thank goodness I still have enough to last me a few more days. I hope the owner sees this.

This place is beyond disorganized. I have called so many times for multiple weeks now with no answer to schedule a refill before running out of propane but no one ever answers the phone and it rings a couple times and then hangs up on me. When I attempted to voice my concern to the woman who answered my phone today she was yelling it wasn’t her fault the phones never work and sounded extremely frantic (Lori). Customer service was awful and this is not the first time I have had an issue. Also when I called in I was told they had lost my file another issue. All of these issues are completely preventable with the right management and customer service in the front office. I will be reaching out to corporate about these completely preventable problems and that it should be standard business practice to have good working phone lines and individuals in place that are calm minded and are willing to listen to customer feedback. I recommend going elsewhere for propane needs if you’re able to avoid service issues.

I've been with this company for years, the past week I had a bad experience and they take advantage of people and charge them $50 more just to put gas. Go somewhere else. I do not recommend this company.

Absolutely the worst lady answering the phones. No manners, not poliet in any way. A company should never have a rude person answering calls. Would never recommend this company .

Very nice young man filling bottles. Person in office very rude yelling. I will never go back! I was only person there. I drove down the street to the other propane company. They had a line , Now I know why!!!
