I made an appointment on there system to talk to a banker for a construction loan. I went to my appointment on time and the banker was not there. The banker was on lunch break and was not sure why the system let me make an appointment at that time. Note this was not between the hours of 11am to 1 pm. I was told by another person that the banker would call me. Throughout the afternoon I did not receive a call from the bank neither did I receive one the next day all morning. I made another appointment to go in the afternoon. I got there and spoke with the banker. The person started giving me a lecture about construction loans in laws and regulations from the 08 recession and before Covid. The person did not want to talk business. I walked away and will never go back to this bank or any of these banks. I hope they work on there customer service skills.

When we moved to LC a year ago we made the mistake of opening accounts with White Sands Credit Union who put our new account money on hold for over 2 weeks. Thankfully we quickly moved our money to Citizens Bank and all is well. Customer service is without issue. Their app is fantastic. Citizens Bank has branches where we need them with friendly tellers. I'm grateful that LC has Citizens Bank.

I and my wife just opened an account with Citizens Bank, & so far we have been pleased. The help we had was very prompt and courteous, honest! I recommend this bank to anyone, that doesn't like the long wait, they are never very busy! They also just opened another branch in El Paso, Tx just FYI

this is not normally the branch i use but if i am with a friend who is driving me this would be the branch i use because he lives on that end of town the folks at all citizens have been courteous and friendly even when i was confused as to what i was doing they talked me through it got me to explain what specifically i wanted

I have an account.. Called to have them raise my spending limit for the next two days. Was told it was done.. Lie! Drove all over town trying to get the ATM to live up to the banks expectations but nope! Now I have a $70 late fee on my rent because bank Rep can't do their job and lie!
