Shopping at this circle k is almost unbearable because a female clerk that wears glasses she is so annoying tells you to use the self check out ok no problema I got it not brain surgery. Now wants to help me with it everytime help not needed. She is the reason self checkouts were created

the remodel did nothing for this place , a polished turd is still sh!t . they need to do more to discourage the crack heads that hang out here and harass customers vs the use of that self checkout!!! close 2 checkouts to enforce the use of the one self checkout, while staff ingores a line a 20 deep to play on their phone!! the isles are overcrowded and cramped with inventory just left in the way , the neglected hot food area is in the way of everything ( its never stocked anyways ) staff admittedly doesn't know how to operate the tea system to remake tea..the water provided at the pump for window cleaning, smells like someone sh!t in it ( or dumped the used floor water in there ) due to the crackheads the tire pressure gauge is usually cut off hindering it inoperable .

Couple hic cups at this place over the years but generally good service and ok gas prices if you are a circle K gas card holder. Its always here if I need it. Its a Circle K nothing more nothing less.

Store is cramped and can be difficult to navigate, especially while stocking the central cooler. While picking up some fizzy drink, I walked up to the cashier, drink in hand, and was directed to use the new "smart checkout" system, which I presume uses visual recognition to identify items being purchased (it was pretty interesting actually). Unfortunately, payment method was declining without any explanation (EBT). After several failed attempts, staff inquired if I was having issues, and then upon learning of the intended payment method, informed me that the station doesn't accept EBT, and then completed the transaction, but walked away before everything processed and the receipt generated, leaving me to grab it from the printer myself as I needed it.I'm not one to normally one that's in to coddling by customer service, but given the commotion and number of nametags floating around (4 or 5 in a smaller store), it seemed as though the staff was focused on interacting with each other, and working through an atypical task at hand, at the expense of customer service.

Unhappy. I paid my gas outside but wanted to go inside for a drink. The cash register skipped me two times to help people on the self check out. Left me with my card in the machine to pay my drink and told me it got declined. Nothing was wrong with my card… she left me every time I had to swipe my card. Then even had the audacity to tell me I had to figure it out and find another way to pay them.Just disappointed.
