Went in to use the ATM today. The ATM processed my request for $40, and then gave me nothing. I told the guy behind the counter that they should put a sign on it, to let people know it's not working right. He said that they can't. So my issue with Chevron is the lack of staff taking the initiative to at least verbally tell you that the ATM is not working BEFORE you start a transaction.What did the guy behind the counter do when I told him what happened? He said that they can't put a sign on it, and that the bank already knows it's out of money. Never bothering to go back to that Chevron again.Did call the number on the bank, but all it gives you is a general mailbox and a bunch of other phone numbers that won't do anything to help you.

My experience: got gas. Upside: got gas at a discount because of Albertsons rewards. That's why I stopped here. Side note: great little convenience store. Clerks are always nice. Thanks.
