G8 customer service here! 800 number horrible service/language barrier, never a true response. Stay away!”
“Avis was there for us when Enterprise wasn't. A 2 wk rental for a full size vehicle reserved/ confirmed only to be offered a 2 door mini Cooper instead of the full size vehicle. Avis had a variety of vehicles and they helped us quickly and efficiently!! The excellent service won over a prior 40 yr customer from Enterprise. Avis actually cares!!”
