It's nice to have a Burlington locally. But they close before the time they advertise. We went late one evening after checking the website and calling and it says midnight. We could got there around 10 almost 11pm, we could see workers but the door were locked.

Call me provincial but if I have an item in the cart and I can't take the cart outside of the store I'd need some help. It was an ottoman with storage. None was offered however. So thankfully I was an able bodied person that could carry it. I also had someone with me that was able to grab the other stuff we bought. I'd hope employees would know in the future to ask or tell people that they can't take the carts outside.
On that note definitely bring your own bags for the reasons stated above. Cause ain't no way you'll be able to carry out a bunch of stuff in your arms if you are by yourself.

They always have a nice selection of men's big and tall. The only complaint I have is they only have two fitting rooms. So last time we were there we waited about 15 minutes to try on clothes. But the stores always clean and good customer service

I was looking for picture frames in silver color. I tried several stores, and everything was gold color. Burlington has 5 different frames. 2 are big hearts that fit about 10 pictures (I had not seen any frames like these). I did not notice that one of the smaller frames that I purchased has a small crack and piece of glass missing (I need to buy a cheap frame and take the glass to replace the broken one). I still love the frames I purchased.

As soon as I walked in I got a dirty look from an employee. The whole time I was shopping I had different employees who very much seemed to be following me around to see if I was shop lifting. It's bad enough there are signs on EVERY aisle stating that they prosecute shop lifters, security tags on EVERY piece of merchandise, cameras EVERYWHERE and T.V.'s letting you know you are being watched but then to have employees following me all around the store was just TOO much. AND not one employee asked if I needed any help, they were strictly watching me to see if I was stealing. They even had a cop come in and confront another shopper so I know I'm not just being paranoid. What's the crazy part is that I didn't see a single item over $50! So I don't know why they are on guard so diligently. I felt SOo disrespected that Is not but a single things and left and as I did the cashier kind of followed me as I walked out the door. I'm guessing to see if I beeped as I walked thru the security pillars. This store is out of control! If I go back, a big"if", I will be looking to start a lawsuit for discrimination. I am so disgusted by Burlingtons entire staff. They have obviously forgot that if you don't have customers you don't have a job.

EXTREMELY DIRTY, especially the dressing rooms. It doesn’t take that much to mop! The clothes and the store are super organized, just filthy floors and baskets.

The store is OK but didn't have enough bathrooms. They have dressing rooms in the front and back of the store but they only use the front ones. It's only 2 and they are not manned by anyone. I was waiting to try clothes for 35 minutes and who ever was in there didn't come out. I finally left and went to pay. They only had one cashier and there was a long line to pay.

Just went in for some more last minute mothers day gifts right at opening, blonde girl working the registers by herself was extremely nice and packed up neatly in one of the boxes I bought. Best employee interaction I've had there so far, give her a raise??
