Not sure who to escalate this problem to. I’ve been asking for them to remove a package they charged me for and the first time they “supposedly” took it off. He said it would take 4-6 weeks until it reflect. 7 weeks passed by I called again and spoke to another finance manager and said the package was still active and never removed. He said he removed it and it would be taken care of within a week and it has not been removed yet. I’m frustrated as they have lied to me and can’t provide me with the proof I need from them showing it’s been taken care of. I feel they are dishonest and I will not be going back for my next vehicle as they are liars.

Went in for a diagnostic and did the main suggested service. The check engine light came back on within 24 hours. Was told I needed brakes and took it to another shop to verify and they said they were fine. I spent over 500 and am back where I started with an added code and no issues resolved. I am very disappointed.

I had a fantastic experience. This was my first visit, and Maria met me as I exited my vehicle. She had my appointment ready and was able to get me checked in quickly and efficiently. I did not have an exceedingly long period of time to wait, and they even washed my car. I will be back, and I will recommend Bravo to all my friends.

I feel like my rating would be between 3-4 stars if halved were an option. First the positives: I am grateful we were able get our suburban in for a battery replacement quickly and also grateful they washed my vehicle before returning it to me. We had just returned from a road trip and it was so covered with bugs that I was even more grateful I did not have to get it cleaned myself now.The reason my review is not higher is because of the biggest frustration…when we called in to find out if we could even get our vehicle in, we were given a rough price for what to plan on paying to have the battery replaced (we brought our own battery so it would just be replacement charges). That seemed like a simple enough service to quote that we trusted in the price. But when I arrived and mentioned what we had been told, we were informed that the cost is actually twice what the scheduler told us and they would not honor that price. As a local business owner myself I understand that you need to stick with your actual prices, but I also believe it’s important that all employees are on the same page in understanding costs. The scheduler is not someone new so it’s not as if he needed a grace period. Their lack of coordination is frustrating especially when I was already coming in for a stressful situation (battery trouble and still having all my children with me is not an easy thing). I wish the business had more price transparency where possible and could be more apologetic about this mistake instead of giving the impression that they thought I was just trying to claim a lower price was quoted to me in order to save money. I can see people being dishonest about that so I get their perspective but when I’m not that person it can be very frustrating.

I moved my appointment from Thursday to Saturday after receiving a call from the dealership. At that time I was told it would take about 2 hours for the oil change, balance and rotate tires, and an alignment. I ended up being at the dealership for about 4 hours and the excuse given to me was that everyone was waiting that day. In addition, I provided an oil sample container so I could send my oil in for analysis, but the mechanic did not take a sample as I requested. The tire balance was not needed, but I was charged for the tire rotation that has always been included in my oil change at this dealership per the receipts from the last 2 times I had my oil changed. The alignment was done, but not done correctly as my truck is now pulling to the right, so I'm going to have to return and spend more time waiting for that to be corrected. Finally, there was a scuff in the leather on my steering wheel after they finished that was not there when I dropped it off. I have to drive an hour to get to this dealership, but I'll drive further next time for better service.

My Chevrolet Volt received a normal oil service on a Saturday. On Sunday, I drove to Albuquerque, and used electric for local driving. On Wednesday, there was a "river" of oil coming from underneath the car. All the oil had drained.I took the car to a local Chevrolet dealer for inspection where it was determined that the oil pan threads were stripped as the plug was cross-threaded when it was reinstalled by the Bravo service technician. Bravo Chevrolet agreed to pay for all charges directly to the ABQ dealer, however I would be without transportation during the additional two days required to complete the "repair".Bravo Chevrolet did not offer, but reluctantly agreed to pay for a Hertz rental car. They said Hertz would call me in the morning. Hertz never called. After informing Bravo Chevrolet, I was told they would pay for a rental through Enterprise Car Rental. I called Enterprise, but no cars, and that was the case for all other major rental car agencies except at the airport. Instead, I decided to use Uber. Bravo Chevrolet agreed to reimburse me for those charges. Bravo has not offered a formal apology for the inconvenience, and the extra days stranded in ABQ.

So someone called me today and told me that he had the car I had been wanting to see. We get there and are barely even acknowledged by the two sales reps standing outside. We were told that the guy I spoke to left for the day. They quickly went inside shortly after. Mind you we drove from far east El Paso straight from work excited to see the car. Some sales reps you guys have as we wandered the lot to look at the alternative options, not one person talked to us after the first interaction with the first two reps. It wasn't until we looked at a black trail blazer that someone else already bought or put a deposit on or whatever, that Miguel came out and asked how he can help us. He didn't know anything about me going down there to speak with the sales rep. He even told us that the car I had wanted to see wasn't even there and hadn't been there. So you guys lied. You all wasted my time and my gas. The whole interaction was so awkward. We felt like we were a bother. I'll keep my business in El Paso as I should have in the first place.

The service department did a great job fixing the issue with our car. Maria was wonderful to work with and had the shuttle take us to have lunch. Guadalupe our driver suggested we try La Posta and what a great suggestion it was.It was a great first experience with Bravo.

Prior visit was not acceptable as my vehicle made multiple trips. This care of my car was better and appreciated. The only continuous complaint I have is the hood rubber lining was ripped and missing a screw. It was noticeable and manager had to fix once brought to his attention. Maintenance needs to be either more careful but especially fix the issue and nit just ignore it. This is the second visit. There was no reason this was nor corrected as it was obvious. I appreciate the professionalism of the front staff and fixing it immediately.

Buying my car was easy- the registration paperwork on the other hand has been a total disaster! They claim they support veterans and always looking out- Not quite, not only did they not process my registration until the mid May ( I had to keep calling to get an extension) they never filed the correct paperwork even after I have provided all the information 3 different times! I’ve gone in to speak to managers and they just blow it off because the sale has been made the hell with taking care of the customer/veteran.Don’t be fooled by the smiles, they will not follow through in the promises or do the paperwork correctly, 6 months later, 8 emails, 5 in person visits to mangers and an email to GM and nothing has been done to correct the issue.Shop else where!

Michael was really good with us, he made us feel safe and not pushy into trying to sell us something we didn't need. He understood our situation and what worked for my family. Hands down the best service I've had in a dealership, will definitely go back for my next vehicle.
