Needed to get my ring re-sized. Looked into local businesses, called around for quotes, evaluated reviews and decided to give Boudreau a shot. Unfortunately, the attitude I received upon walking into the store was awful - eye rolling, glances between staff, disgusted looks. Once I told the woman at the counter what I was needing done, her words to me were “You know the company that made the ring really should be the ones resizing it.” I should have left then. However, I really wanted to contribute to the pockets of a local business rather than a chain business (and reviews seemed good), so I explained myself, although I shouldn’t have had to. Attitude still did not change. I was told it’d be 4 weeks (about the same if I’d sent the ring back to Brilliant Earth for resizing so I was fine with that). I called back at week 4, 5 and 6. I was told it was finally in processing at week 6. My husband went in at week 7 to at least see the ring to verify if they’d done anything. Not a single thing had been done. He took the ring back and we’ll be getting the ring resized elsewhere.My advice: Don’t waste your time or money on a local business that treats you like less than. Look into other small businesses around the area. This one is ran by individuals that couldn’t care less about their customers.PSA: Their hours posted online are also incorrect. They open at 9am, lunch between 12-1, and leave around 1:30-2pm. In total, you have about a 4 hour window to catch them.

Took in my gold and diamond heart pendant for repair which needed to be soldered on one side. At first I was told it would take four weeks to get repaired. The lady had the jeweler look at it and he said he couldn't repair because it was too worn. The lady handed it back to me and they had broken the soldered area on the other side. I want to be reimbursed half of the cost I paid for the repairs since the jeweler here broke my pendant worse than it was. I'm highly disappointed and frustrated that they broke it worse than it was when I took it in, and then the jeweler said he couldn't fix it. I took it to another local jeweler, Geo's Jewelry and Watch Repair, and he repaired it in less than 24 hours. Now my pendant looks new thanks to Geo's Jewelry and Watch Repair. I won't be back to Boudreau's Jewelers and Gallery!!!

I had a ring repaired several weeks ago; they did leave a message to let me know it was ready, but I had to make 4 trips before I got there while they were open.I relied on the hours posted on their site, but they were closed when I got there; middle of the day on 2 different Fridays, and once on a Tuesday.I called after the first 2 failed attempts, and asked if they would be open the next day (Friday). The woman I spoke to said "As far as I know." When I arrived, they were closed.I called today (Saturday; posted hours are 10:00-2:00); I believe the woman was the same one I spoke to before, because she again said, when I asked if they'd be there until 2:00, "As far as I know". When I asked if they'd be there if I arrived at 1:45, she said "We should be".They were open when I arrived about 12:30; same woman (I'm guessing), when I asked what their business hours are, that I'd checked online, and had made 3 previous trips, only answered with "Well, we're here now". When I tried to pin her down, she said "Our hours fluctuate".So, if you decide to go, call and make sure someone is there, but don't be surprised if you find they're closed.Very strange way to run a business, and to answer a customer's inquiries.

Steve Boudreau and his team provided exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and commendable experience. The attention to detail and expertise in resizing made the process stress-free. Highly recommend Boudreau Jewelers and Gallery to anyone looking for high quality jewelry. My fiancée and I worked with Lynn to find the perfect wedding bands. The owner, Steve, is highly personable and assisted in the process. They listened to what we wanted and helped with the perfect fit! They worked with us on a payment plan that was doable for our budget. We will be back!

BEST jeweler in the United States! 5 stars is definitely an understatement. From the original purchase of my engagement ring in 1989, to our wedding bands and multiple purchases over the years, Steve has not only been our personal jeweler, he’s a great friend. We moved from Las Cruces in 1994, and we still go back to Steve for all our jewelry needs - all the way from Pennsylvania! Steve always greets us with a smiling face and a warm welcome. We ONLY trust Steve and his team. We recently had a “30 year checkup” performed on my ring set, and after a couple of “tweaks”, my rings look just like they did the day we said “I do”! Thank you, Steve for being AWESOME!

I went in with some jewelry on a Tuesday to ask about a redesign. I was told they could not see me today and to come back on Thursday or Friday of that week. Unfortunately, I came down with covid and could not return when they said. Today I was passing by and stopped in thinking it would be best if I made an appointment. Oh no, that is not necessary they tell me, just stop by any time with the jewelry and they will work with me. So I go with the jewelry at 4:30 today as their website says they are open till 5. Surprise they are closed! I believe this is a sign to move on to another jeweler.

The people that work at this shop are very self-centered and rude. I was kept waiting for 45 minutes for me to sell my jewelry. I didn't even want to sell it but I need it to because I've been staying at home taking care of my mother that is on hospice. You should treat all your customers the same at all times.
