Great sales manager. David Laymon was great. He made it happen. He worked with me to address every in a great way. He did a fantastic job! Very good job to Eric as well, he explained all the features of the car, I did a lot of questions, what he had not of the top of his head he looked immediately to answer me. Thank you Eric

Let me start by saying, I have been with Mazda for a long time! I have leased from San Diego, Alaska, and Oklahoma Mazda, so I have dealt with a wide range of Mazda team members. My profession over the years of a sales manager has led me to keep an extra close eye regarding a sales manager and his/her team, and the organization I worked with here are top notch! The level of hospitality is not one you find at any car dealership. I can be a shark when it comes to getting the best deal and after navigating the waters at Casa Mazda I didnt feel as if I were leaving a UFC fight. The sales manager, David Laymon, is a family man that through the entire process treats his team members and clientele with dignity and respect as such. The atmosphere is not a shark tank, sales professionals Derek Perea and Eric Pantaleone are kind, compassionate, and caring individuals. When my sales representative Derek had to assist another customer, Eric, stepped in and helped answer all my questions concerning the vehicle even though he didnt sell it. Let me say, you do not see this! I even apologized saying "I know you didn't help me but...", he promptly stopped me expressing that, "Derek is my buddy and Im here to help!" Again, another thing you dont hear at any car dealership. Now lets talk finance, usually the last step of the bull pit where they typically try to add on all the extras and sell you all the things you do not need. Additionally, they were busy! Finance director, Soraya Holguin, an attentive and mindful woman, came over, gave me a HUG and let me know finance manager, Jr Barela, would be with me shortly. I have four children, Jr, another family oriented proffesional, reiterated the companies atmosphere of caring and considerate service. We had a conversation about our kids, his grandkids, and his wife of 20 years before concluding my paperwork, shaking my hand and that was it! I was waiting for that sales pitch, that hard close, but I never got it one time in the entirety of my encounter at this dealership. I am well experienced, I have worked within the industry for many years, led corporate sales teams, and I do not know what is in the water at Casa Mazda, but they nailed it! They exude what the sales experience, better yet, sales relationship should feel like. Im set to move again with my husband currently being in the military but when its time for another vehicle, I will return! The Mazda CX90 phev is the car I purchased and love it as well!

My F-150 stereo kept resetting itself so I made an appointment to get it fixed.Brought it in and they found the issue so we had to order a part. Came back to install part once it came in and after they installed it I noticed the USB ports stopped working. Called and made another appointment. Came back for third time and they looked and said couldn't find problem because internet was down but assured me they looked and all hook ups were connected so I would have to come back a fourth time when internet was back. Showed up today at 7:45 am for my appointment and at 11 am they came back and said they found the problem that in fact they forgot to plug in some wires in back (the ones they said were plugged in last time). So left dealership and then realized my satellite stereo wasn't working! So here I am sitting in the waiting room for the 5th time for the same problem.

I was working with Tony "SB" Garcia to find a CX 5 for my wife. That one is on the way. He was so great that I bought ANOTHER CX-5 for myself, so I can honestly say I would do business with Tony (and Jon Caldwell, great sales manager, btw) again... hopefully soon when the other CX-5 arrives.I held off for 3 years from buying a car because most places were ... less than pleasant to deal with (I am sure you know what I mean if you have tried to buy a car lately). For me, thanks to Tony, that was not a problem.Thanks again!

Lourdes was great showing us the available cars and going over the features. The dealership did not have much inventory though.

So I'm sitting outside the dealership... Borman Hyundai but I have a Ford Mustang and the Ford dealership is next-door. So I asked the Ford dealership. What is their guess about how much battery it will take to go to my destination, which is a well-known spot around here and about 120 miles away.I just wanted to understand what they knew about the car because nobody really seems to know much. And the sales manager couldn't even walk out of the box, he just yelled at the sales person that I happen to run into an asked the question to first period "I don't have any idea if I were her I would charge 100%" and he was a jack ass and I just turned around and said yeah "nobody knows much about this car but everybody's selling them and it's really irritating."I love the car, I am really glad I didn't buy it here, what a jerk !

Have an awesome experience having my car serviced here. They took my car in sooner than expected, promptly troubleshot it and got it back to me in record time. They are exceptional at what they do. Big kudos!

I scheduled an appt over a month out to have my A/C serviced. The day before I get a phone call saying they have no technician available the scheduled day and say they can move me to the same time the following week. I agree but am already agitated about having to deal with no A/C in the New Mexico heat. The following week, day before the appt, they call again and say the same thing that they don't have a technician and that they need to move me a couple weeks. Forget this business. I've been melting in my car waiting for this appointment and they just cancel twice? What's the point of scheduling? Time wasted.

I wanted to find out what's the issue with my touch screen, why it keeps buffering, after 3h and $120 they said they are unable to fix it, that I need new touch screen and of course control panel that is affecting the touch screen, all together around $2200. We bought $40 worth SD mazda card that "fixed" the touchscreen that was never broken and fixed the control panel with 1 nail. Good luck in ripping off and lying to the customers but hopefully they can read my and other people's reviews before they come to that place

Bought a used Ford F150 there on March 18, 2023. As of today, 4/13/2023, my trade has still not been paid off. That is almost one month.As a former dealership Controller, this is USUALLY a sign of a poor cash positiion, or a "we dont care" attitude in their business office. The lender on our trade calls DAILY, and they don't care that Borman is slooooooow. They just want their $$$$$$. Something like this hurts a person's credit rating. Something just seems off.

On 12/20/2022. We purchased the 2023 Mazda CX-9. Pierce Montoya was great. He helped us through the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. Great experience. I would recommend this dealership.

This is the worst place I have ever been to. We bought a Mazda cx30, the car had damage even though it was BRAND NEW. we made them aware of the damage but we hadn’t caught it until we had signed. So for months they have all been avoiding us and refusing to fix the car. We have had to call them multiple times every week to ask and they tell us some excuse. It is almost 4 months and we have taken the car in 4 times with no results. This last time a month ago they kept the car way longer than we were told so we had no transportation. After that we found that the “fix” they did, did nothing. So now we’ve been waiting a month to get called to take the car back in. Also the financing guy tried to scam us into their insurance when we specifically said no. This was 8k and we had to fight to get it refunded. Everyone we have interacted with has been rude, pushy, and just gotten nothing done. Horrible. Ruined our first car experience. We talked to Duane in sales, Jr Barela in finance, Pat, and the manager. None helped at all and instead blamed us. Will NEVER buy anything from here and honestly will try to find another dealership to service the car. And ALSO we never got the cars center console divider and cargo cover because the car had been broken into before we bought it so it didn’t have them and we haven’t gotten anything.

Where do i start. Put a deposit on june 21 with a salesman Frank for an incoming cx5 carbon edition. 1000 dollar deposit. The whole process felt shady as he wouldnt send me a deal in writing showing numbers. And just a receipt with no vin attached. Also tried to lock in financing a week before car came in and said he had to wait.. that is not true... so when car arrives a month later on july 21 he calls and says that the cars in, but someone put a deposit hours before you. Stuff like this does not happen. All they are doing is taking multiple deposits from people and stacking cash..when i get ahold of sales manager he lies and sends me a window sticker with edited vin to show other persons deposit( thats illegal).. contacted higher up and was told owner would call me back mid august, here we are september and no call.Tried giving them a chance but now will get AG involved to see what this shady car lot is doing..
