Dealing over the phone, was promised a price, in writing over messages, last minute pulled about, supposedly by the sales manager when buying a Santa Fe hybrid. They kept pressuring saying the manager was old school and wants to do the deal only in person. A scam. Stay away from this dealership. I have all the messages and will share with anyone to help you avoid this scammers.

It's astonishing that the average rating is so high, I can only assume all the employees are forced to give 5 star reviews. For one thing, there's a percentage-based fee for credit card payments, and a 16 dollar supply fee, AND a "doc fee". What's a doc fee? I don't know and neither did the advisor I asked, but it's a good way for them to rake in some extra money.
Unfortunately, that's all actually kind of the standard now. Do you pay a restaurant a fee to help them recoup the cost of the miscellaneous supplies they use (e.g. soap, napkins)? Of course not, but somehow companies like this one have collectively successfully normalized passing on the cost of business overhead to the consumer.
Anyway, like I mentioned, that's sort of par for the course at shops now, so I wouldn't have taken the time to review if just for that. But there are other issues. I only had a diagnosis done- no repairs- and still had to pay sixteen dollars for shop supplies. The manager said they "had to charge it".
But it's worse than that. The diagnostic report included the note that my coolant level was a *little* low due to a slow leak from the radiator hoses. A small amount of water/antifreeze is exactly the type of thing that should fall under the purview of shop supplies in my opinion (especially when you're paying nearly $20 after tax for them), but they wouldn't top it off for me. Not a huge deal, I just got some myself at a supply store, it's just aggravating getting fleeced every which way.
The icing on the cake of this experience were the outrageous repair recommendations and the quotes for them. I was told the hoses needed replacement for something around $500, a belt needed replacing for another several hundred, and a couple other things. I don't remember the exact estimates because the prices were so ridiculous that I stopped listening.
The kicker is that I wasn't allowed to speak with the mechanic either before or after the diagnosis. Everything here is filtered through an advisor and it all feels very rushed. It's a cleaver means to obfuscate communication with a middleman and streamline their modus operandi (getting customers to pay without providing opportunity for them to discuss and consider the suggestions).
So I went my way after paying for the service (plus a fee, plus another fee, plus tax) and took a closer look under the hood myself. The idea that the hoses needed replacement was absurd, they were in excellent condition. I just needed to replace the two older spring clamps with better worm drive clamps. The serpentine belt I replaced myself.
I saved about a thousand dollars by taking a couple hours to do those things myself. Of course, sometimes you need a mechanic. In that case, just go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Ideally, a small business owned by someone honest you can talk to, instead of a big operation run by a money-grubbing businessman who hides in his office and buffers himself with advisors.

Just bought a 2024 Hyundai Palisade from this dealership, and I’ll say the service was friendly and patient. Braden Tidwell, was a great salesman, who didn’t push us, but worked with us to get the car we wanted. I was also very pleased with the financial manager Aaron Driedger, who was extremely understanding and honest with us. My wife being a veteran and myself in the Army, I really appreciated their willing to help us as well as thorough explanation of the entire process. I personally would recommend that all military personnel especially those with soldiers looking to purchase their first vehicle.

Thank you to Bryant Allen. A family member was in the market for a new car. We spent time at this dealership and looked at several new vehicles. He was very knowledgeable about the new vehicles and provided excellent customer service. We did visit another dealership however we returned to Casa Hyundai and got a much better deal. Thanks again Bryant!

My wife, daughter, and I were on a road trip from South Texas to Arizona. We stopped in Alamogordo but our battery died out of no where. The morning of I contacted the nearest Hyundai dealership and Mrs Maria in service was able to book us at 10am. She gave us time to drive her way. On arrival she took us in and was very courteous and professional. Mrs Maria took what would have taken hours to fix and had us out within the hour to continue our road trip. We are very greatful to Mrs Maria!

We have puchased several new Hyundai's here over the past 5 years and always been treated very well and were happy with the deal and vehicles we bought. Not today, it the new Casa management has a different way of doing business. Our salesperson Braden showed us the vehicles we were interested in and we decided a used Palisade was a good fit as we were buying for a family member. I made an offer and then the manager came in and I made a higher offer which was accepted and we shook hands on it (that doesn't mean anything here). As we proceeded to leave a deposit and arrange to pickup the vehicle the next day I was shown the intial paperwork showing a price almost 1600 dollars higher than the agreed upon price not including TT&L. They were unwilling to negotiate on the price. If you dont want to negotiate the price thats fine its your vehicle but just be up front about it and don't lie to the customer. Never have been treated that way. Be careful on the paperwork the price you think you are paying may not be the price you pay. Could have been an easy deal, too bad.

DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANY WORK ON YOUR MOTOR!!! CROOKS AND LIARS!! My mother took a Hyundai Sonata there with 63,000 miles due to the car not turning over. Before towing it over there, I made sure that the motor had all the proper fluids to ensure we weren’t just wasting our time in case that was the issue. The dealership called her and told her the car had been “ran without oil” and the motor was “knocking”. They told her she needed a new one and that it would cost $8,000. Of course the car is 3,000 miles outside of the warranty. So she asked me to go down there with her and pick the car up so that she could set the appointment for a later date. When I started asking the service advisor what exactly was wrong with the car he couldn’t give me a straight answer and beat around the bush especially after I told him that the car had oil and that they were lying about that. He then went from saying it had a knock, to it passing the “knock test”. The car had no engine lights or showed no signs of anything bad other than it not turning over when I took it. He then told me the “tech could hear a knock”. Which I knew wasn’t true because the car wasn’t ran without oil and never had an engine light. The car has always had regular oil changes. He then suggested they could do an oil leak test to see if the car is burning the oil which would cost an additional $800 dollars. If they found it was the cars fault then they may or may not give a discount on the new motor. Other than that they told me there was nothing they could do except replace the motor. They Charged me for oil that they supposedly topped off and charged me for the diagnostics. Im not sure how they topped off a full motor but they had no problem charging me for it. They essentially couldn’t give me any answers and really tried to take advantage of my mother. So I took the car to another place and it turns out to be the starter with a perfectly healthy motor! No knocks or other issues. The service advisor also told me they had 3 other cars in for the same thing and they are getting a new motor. I’m sure those poor people also got screwed. I would go else wear and wouldn’t take or get a second opinion.

Absolutely atrocious customer service.
We bought a brand new vehicle from them back in January. We still do not have the license plate or registration taken care of. They play the typical dealership games where the promised you the world while you’re there and then completely forget about you after you leave.
They finally admitted yesterday they messed up all the registration paperwork. We continually get promised that “a manager will follow up with you as soon as they get in” and then that doesn’t happen. We just got put on hold for over an hour and a half waiting for someone from their title department to speak with us.
As a military member, I highly highly recommend going elsewhere with your business because this dealership has zero integrity or competence.

Never received any paperwork for the sale of our vehicle. It’s been two months and we still don’t have a license plate because the incompetent people at the dealership can’t figure it out even though I’ve been calling for the past four weeks. I constantly get bounced on the phone from one person to another all of whom have no idea what they’re doing including all the managers. I would never purchase from the dealership

My 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz Night Edition with 1,700 MILES needs a new engine already before my first payment. What solutions was I offered: Sell the car back to them for less, or trade it in for less because it's used. Did they do a buyback out of good faith and keep a customer? NO! Did they help me get into contact with someone that could help? NO! Did the sales manager Miguel Ortiz promise to find me a solution that would make me happy, and then did nothing about it? YES! I do not recommend Casa Auto Group or Casa Hyundai of Las Cruces for any type of car purchase.

Ondrea at Casa Hyundai was beyond amazing.
She is exactly what a professional sales rep is;
Humble, kind, personable, funny and knows her car information. She’s not just there to cram the car down your throat and force the sale on you. She listens, is patient, and makes the experience just as enjoyable as the great new ride!
The new Casa Auto group served us well. Sent us someone over when they thought we hadn’t been greeted, had great coffee, offered a streamlined and fair process. We were treated great at every stage.
Thank you Ondrea for helping my pops in his new AWESOME Santa Cruz!
