I was very nervous to get a vehicle. I have had my car for 21 years already before it completely died. I went in with a set amount in mind and looking for inexpensive. Braden and Miguel helped me get a better deal on a newer car without going too far over our budget. Braden was extremely professional and courteous walking us through the entier process start to finish. Miguel did a great job working to get us financing to a comparable rate we were looking for.

If you are in the market for a car and are unsure where to start, go to the autoplex and ask for Braden Tillwell. Phenomenal salesperson and overall help from his team. I cannot stress enough how easy he made the process of buying a car, especially in our situation. I would feel comfortable sending anyone over to him and his team, it was a pleasure.

Braden was amazing through the entire process of buying my new Ford Maverick. He prompt, incredibly patient with all my questions and thorough. Jay Garcia and Braden Tidwell made my experience leasing a new Honda Civic very nice and very easy. They were both very communicative and straightforward with things that I needed from them, they needed from me, and updates on my new vehicle in transit. I would highly recommend both of them to someone who is want to purchase a new Honda or Hyundai from Casa Honda/Hyundai.

I just bought my third Hyundai here at Casa Honda and as always, service was incredible. Braden took care of everything i needed and made the process as smooth as possible. Miguel stopped to answer all the questions i had and gave me very clear and direct solutions for what i needed. Lastly, Jeff made the finalizing process quick and easy, and again, customer service was just great all around. The positive energy and attentive customer service that Casa Honda promotes will have me coming back for a long time!

To start off everybody hates selling their car, lowball offers and tire kickers from private sells and even dealerships. But Luciano made selling my car the easiest experience I’ve had so far and I got the best price. Luciano beat every other quote I got and was honest every step of the way.
Next buying a car, EVERYBODY hates buying a car. But the salesman David and sales manager Isaac made this just as easy as selling my car to Luciano! Not only did I get the price I wanted but David and Isaac worked hard to make the numbers make sense to me. I wasn’t the easiest customer either, so props to them for the mountains of help.
Finally Rob the finance manager. Once all said and done it felt like if I was talking to a life long friend not a finance manager. He explained everything in detail and once again did his everything in his power to get me the best deal he could.
Luciano even brought the car to me from over 2 hours away and taught me how to drive manual. It didn’t even finish at that, after noticing the car was dirty got it detailed and cleaned for me. Can’t say enough good things about Luciano.
A recurring theme with everybody I dealt with is that they were all honest, fair, and worked hard to get me a good deal. And these aren’t words that are normally used to describe dealerships. But know you WILL be taken care of at Casa Autoplex. Great team with Luciano, David, Isaac, and Rob. These fellas got you covered from selling, buying, to financing your car. Coming from a very happy new owner of a 2024 Toyota Corolla GR.

My experience purchasing a new vehicle with Braden and Johnny at Casa Autoplex was top of the line. Each step in the process was explained in clear detail and their knowledge and expertise was invaluable. Any and every question posed to them was never an issue for them to deal with. As a team, they complemented each other and they were truly a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them highly to anyone in search of a new car.

Bought a used car this past week here and when I asked about if I needed to schedule maintenance being that it was used I was told all basic maintenance oil filters etc. was done prior to being put out on the lot. Upon checking the air filter and cabin air filter the following day after making the purchase it is clear that they have not been recently changed as they were both very dirty with debris stuffed inside. Really makes you question what they will say just to make the sale. It's clear honesty is not a priority here.

Highly professional salesman, Braden Tidwell, extremely knowledgeable about the Honda products which made my buying decision very easy. Followup service has been perfect. Converted me from a Toyota Avalon to new Honda Accord Hybrid touring. I have been a Toyota owner for past 20 years, and Braden convinced me on the advantages of switching to Honda. He provided good insights and resource of information on different factors with each manufacturer and new vehicle franchise. Offered a fair trade allowance to trade-in and trade-up. The management with Miguel and Stephen has been good hospitality. Casa has made me a place feeling like they are truly Home of the Nice Guys!
