Such a beautiful property. The staff is great and I really enjoyed my tour. The office staff was very professional and friendly. The pool and gym are very nice. I’m not ready to move yet but when I am I will definitely be applying.

Recently moved in to Casas De Soledad. Kaelyn was uber nice! She toured me and my family around the property. The view of the golf course from the pool made it feel like a resort. My family absolutely loves all the amenities. Much nicer than the properties in area.

maintenance is hard working helpful and nice HOWEVER management here is awful, the gate has been broken for months my roommate got her tires slashed, my moms car got dented by a resident here, so did my own car, as well as the cars of 2 other residents here also, this is just what ive witnessed so far ive tried to reach out to management about all these hit and runs but they never pick up the phone or respond to voicemails, they do not care about the community, they never reach out or host any events, and we feel our safety living here is in danger, its better you find another place to live, we are leaving immediately once the lease ends!!!

My Mom just moved in. The whole place smells of dog urine. She said management won’t replace carpet or even go to unit to smell how bad it is. Many other things were broken or not working.. I really feel bad that she’s stuck in a lease and has to live in a place like that.. I just got an apartment up the road and rent is a lot less place is a lot more updated. I got to look at the place before I decided to rent. They didn’t even let my mom see the place till the day that she actually moved in and had already signed a lease. Please consider or at least look around before deciding to lease at Casa Soledad..

This would be a nice place to live if you got an apartment

The staff has been nothing but friendly and accommodating. From the wonderful women in the office to the men that work that grounds, it is always pleasant talking to any of them. They always greet you and say hello. The hospitality that is given when using the clubhouse is phenomenal and it is a beautiful place to be.

I moved here in June from South Texas. The management worked with me from the beginning. I basically moved here blind and they helped me with a video of the apt. When ever I have had a problem they have took care of it right away. I am going to renew for one more year before I buy. This complex is really centrally located in Las Cruces. Parking can be a problem, but manageable. This is also the quietest Apartment complex I have ever lived in. The Apartments are a little on the older side, and so are the appliances, but clean and well maintained. I took those pictures walking out of the Gym next to the office, great Las Cruces sunrises here!

The worst communication I have seen from any apartment complex. Cars towed left and right with little to no warning with nobody in the office able to tell me who took my car. Aren’t you guys supposed to know this??? Went to take a shower and the water was filthy. Not even a heads up from management that we wouldn’t have good water. Just deal with it I guess? Great job guys?? will be moving soon hopefully once this overpriced lease is over.

Don't waste your time. It took a while for me to actually talk to someone about getting a tour to see the place. They were one of the few apartments available when looking. I was trying hard to find a place for my daughter and I so we wouldn't have to stay at a hotel. I filled out an application. Had a hard time getting someone to answer the phone. When someone did pick up, she was rude, but I still submitted the information they were wanting. I tried calling back to check the status and see if I could sign the lease. I was really needing a place to live. I left voicemails and emails and they never got back to me. It seems like they just like getting people's money from the application fees because they don't actually try to help you move in. I gave up of course and was able to find another place and signed a lease within a day of applying!

After 2 years of living at Casas de Soledad, I can assure all potential renters that this is the worst managed complex in Las Cruces. While the staff and facilities appear flashy and accommodating during the initial tour, the staff is aggressive, toxic, racist and incompetent. I have often witnessed management addressing renters differently based on their race/ethnicity. Also, urgent work orders can take up to 3 weeks to complete (which often times will need a revision due to sloppy work), and the majority of parking spaces are labeled "reserved," exclusive for owners of the condos (not residents who lease an apartment) which makes daily parking very difficult. The pool is always dirty, closed for maintenance, or foggy. The mini garbage bins are constantly full of trash and the front gate features a sign stating that the complex is not responsible for damage caused by malfunction of their faulty gate! So despite properly using my code to open the gate and entering through the resident side, the gate closed on my car and left a large scratch and dent which the front office staff refused to acknowledge, citing the sign on the door as the reason why they would not check the cameras to assess the incident.
