Best sporting goods store ever. Always friendly people at this store ready to help with anything you may need. One of the managers named Paul is super cool and shows what a great manager he is by helping his employees out if they need it and talking to them in front of customers with respect and shows that not all bosses have to be top Dawgs but friends too. That is why everyone there is nice and helpful because they work in a great environment.

Great place. I usually come here to get basketball shoes. They do tend to always have limited inventory which is a little frustrating but it's not the workers fault.

Amazing! My daughter was accepted on a youth soccer team very last minute and we didn’t have one soccer item at home. I went to Big 5 during my lunch break fully accepting that I’d be there for the full hour but as luck would have it as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and asked if I needed help looking for anything. I handed the nice woman a list of things I needed and she took me to the exact area of the store I needed to be in! I was in and out in literally 20 minutes or less…SCORE! I was also able to scan a coupon that I found online so that was a DOUBLE SCORE!! I even had time to stop for lunch before heading back to work…TRIPLE SCORE! Loved Big 5 and their service! I will absolutely be back. ?????

The lady that helped us was awesome, she helped me with a return of a co2 pistol we bought couple days ago. Still had receipt was no issue, very nice and usually get profiled but not in this one. Thanks for the welcoming into your store
