“Ipdate 5/4/23.....This store rocks!!!! Staff is awesome and very knowledgable.....Tgis place even helped me fix an Autizone problem.Drive to this store!!!!!!This is a newer store, or it has been taken care of very well. Wide isles, clean floors and a staff that is ready ro help with expert advice.This store has a very large inventory, and very rarely do they need to order anything for you. And if they special order anything for you, it arrives that day, or by next morning.Easy to find items that you may need, due to 2 main isles and clearly marked overhead inventory descriptions for all the rows.They can troubleshoot engine light issues and battery/alternator issues quickly for free, saving you hundreds at the auto repair shop just to tell you what is wrong.They loan out tools that are very expensive so you do not need to purchase to only use one time.Never a wait, and you seem to always be first in line.During my last visit in March 2023, I was telling a sales associate Lisa the problems I was having across the street at AutoZone and Lisa immediately gave me a 10% discount and told me to never go back to them, and do all my auto parts shopping here from now on.This store on the west side of Las Cruces is never busy, so drive here for faster friendlier service for all your auto parts needs.”
“I love this location, they always have exactly what I need, Matt, Jason, Steven, and everyone in the back is always so friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I’m in there they always attend to me promptly and help me the best they can. They also play some really great music in there.”
“Went to Auto Zone on a Sunday at 745 and they had doors locked. Told the older gentleman I just needed to rent a press. You would think he would let me do that at 745 but he told me to go to one on the main street.
I went to O'Riley's they had the part I needed and were cheaper and they were much more polite and willing to help.
Won't be going to yAuto Zone any longer.”
“I had shopped at the Las Cruces Batteries Plus for hard to find batteries. I’ve never stumped them with an odd size battery. I had seen a sign that said they have remote car key fobs. The fob for my Ram 2500 started acting weird, so I went in. I explained what was happening and the sales clerk knew exactly what the problem was. He popped the fob open, replaced a missing internal button, and handed me a fully functional fob - no charge! This place is great. Good inventory and knowledgeable staff - what more can you ask for?”
