I love coming here, always my favorite place, I always find and get what I need for my son and myself.. After so long we decided to come here yesterday with my family and the experience was terrible..one young lady named Jordann, maybe in her 20s was at the register I saw how she treated the people ahead of us with good customer service but when my fiance and I walked up for our turn, her attitude dropped and change completely...she was spur, rude, obnoxious and just seemed she wanted us to leave already..I kept it professional and calm but I felt out of place and told my fiance this is the last time we walk into this store..if bath and body works hire people like this then I rather not shop here anymore and rather go somewhere else.

Customer service is the worst. I shop here all the time. I was in search of Eucalyptus mint room spray. I interrupted 3 young ladies who were busy in conversation in front of the store. I asked one of them if they had Eucalyptus mint and she didn't answer my question but offered another scent. I asked her again and she replied with a no. I then asked if they were expecting a shipment soon. She then replied "we don't order anything ". What's with that generation, oh wait I did interrupt their conversation.

I am writing this today because I'm very upset. My mother and I shop at Bath and Body almost every week and spend at least $100.00 each time. Today we went to the Bath and Body In the Las Cruces mall and had a very bad experience with an associate. We buy home fragrances all the time at least 12 to 14 at a time. We have certain fragrances that we love and we like to get them. Usually if we can't find them on the shelves a kind assistant will help us find them or get them for us in the cabinets below. Today Carlos, an associate I've never seen, came to ask us if we needed help. We asked him about a particular fragrance and he said "we don't have that." From experience we know that there are fragrances in the cabinets that are not on the shelves yet. So I looked underneath and found a whole box of the particular frangrance we wanted so I put 2 in my bag and 2 in my mother's bag. We've been there before and the managers have gotten our fragrances out of there for us. Well, immediately Carlos came out of nowhere like we had stolen something and told us "you cannot get any thing on the bottom shelfs only associates can" so I asked him so sorry can we buy these. He immediately said no you can't only I can. I can't sell you that because they are not in season. We told him we've had the manager do this before amd there was no problem. He said NO only I can get them and you can't have them very rudely. So I took out the 2 fragrances I had and gave them to him. Then he rudely said " give me the other two" you have in the bag (my mothers). I pulled them out and gave them to him. He rudely took them away. I then asked him is there any way we could buy them he said "NO." So I went to checkout at the register and I asked the girl that was there, if I can't find a particular fragrance can I get you all to look at your inventory and sell it to me. She kindly said yes I can look in our stock and get it for you if we have it. She proceeded to leave the register and go get them. I was so happy. She came back and had an entire box of the sprays I wanted. CARLOS had come out at this time and was at the 2nd register. When he saw the other associate about to ring up the sprays he rudely said " you can't sell those to them they are not available" I was devastated. The girl said I'm sorry and Carlos looked smuggly at us like "I got you." First of all, he was not professional, he had no customer service skills, and if he is a manager he is not a very good one because he's rude to customers and doesn't want to sell product. My mother and I were so upset and will no longer shop at this store. I know no one cares but Carlos is a very rude employee who does not represent the company. He has no customer service skills and if they are trying to sell products, HE SHOULD NOT be working with people in any capacity!

Cute store from the time you walk in. It will be at the side where Dillard is at in Mesilla Park Mall.Great Customer service. Was greeted as I walked in and in the store and the cashiers.Clean and in place.???

While on our mini vacation in Las Cruces, we decided to go to the mall and shop around. While we were walking around, we noticed Bath and Body Works had a sale going on so we stopped by! The sale was basically almost half the store being up to 75% off so we knew we had to do some shopping! The staff was great and very helpful! They helped us look for scents and helped us dig through the stuff to find complete sets of certain items. We ended up spending a good $100 and checked off some early Christmas gifts/birthday gifts for family members! We will definitely be back next time we are in Las Cruces!

This bath and body works is probably one of the worst I've been too. Its really small, crowded and hot. It doesn't have that nice fresh smell that the others have and their selection of items is really small. When I checked out I gave the lady a coupon and she acted like she applied it to my order but she didn't which sucks because that was a 20% off coupon. For some reason too they also charge you 10 cents to put your items in a bag.
