Asked if they can repair a battery on my watches and if there was room for negotiations. Instead they suggest my business elsewhere. I asked why and then declines me because I was “nervous”.

I love this Jeweler! I brought in an old gold bangle bracelet that was in bad shape and they made it beautiful again! Very nice and professional ?I would recommend this business.

A very elderly old woman dressed in odd, unprofessional attire was completely rude to us. We rang the doorbell and she pointed to the sign on the door and continued to rudely reiterate that they were closed for lunch, and would not even open the door to great us. We were looking to get a ring repaired and purchase some other items. However, due to the poor customer service and negative interaction we had with this individual. We will never return to this establishment. We will also ensure our friends and family are aware as well.

I had a Mother's Day ring custom made and the woman was so friendly and outgoing. I felt welcome and right at home! She says "I love love " and they even have wall of love where all of their engaged couples that purchase rings there have pictures up! I would definitely recommend Baquera Jewelers for all of your jewelry needs.

Guy got so upset i asked to round up the change when selling gold he said to take my business elsewhere... i dont know if he expected me to beg him to take my gold or maybe it was his goal to lose money and a customer.

Don't return calls or web messages until phone message left stating bad business because never return any message. Then laughed when I said I had left message stating never get return calls. Horrible customer service

I'm late to review.. A few months ago I needed to know if what jewelry I had was real silver or gold. They did the acid tests for me & were very professional & fast to help. They also had gorgeous jewelry for sale too. Would highly recommend.

I can't say enough positive remarks about the folks at Baquera Jewelers. The lady went out of her way to properly repair my watch. They kept it until they were sure it was running perfectly. I feel no need to try someone new.

I went to them to fix a broken 12Ct necklace....the fixed it so well, I couldn’t tell the difference. I’m very happy with the results. They also have a plethora of jewelry to chose from! I will be back!

Shady guy tried to rip me off when I was getting a ring for my wife. Trying to sell me plated gold instead of the real deal. Then he tried to cover up the fact by insulting me. He did something to cover the stamp. So when I asked him to test it he immediately changed his tone. SHADY AF... you were warned.

A few years ago I had a couple of repairs done on some cherished pieces. One was a delicate repair on a silver ring which had a mesh-like construction that held a stone...it was done beautifully! Another repair involved fixing and replacing bracelet clasps. All the work was done in house and within a short time. Excellent service!!
