Sad needed help replacing my bike could not get a loan so I saved up the money low credit score and still they would not help with ebay stuff to secure it so why Are there computers there not to help me mentally disabled and thrown under the bus again update had to borrow on the gold line dey got here. They still suck 2023 bike dead truck gone out of work 4yrs down the toilet wake up to what I am saying please....

ATM clearly states that deposits made before 5:30 MT will deposit same day but they do not.

This has literally been the worst decision in banking I have ever made. If you try to add money to your card the bank won’t accept it, but they will gladly send you a (BOTW ATM FEE) and make your card gonegative because they don’t accept funds!

I set up auto pay for $900 instead of the $363 required. The next month no payment was made because the system showed no balance due and it will only make a payment when there is a balance due. After talking with several employees, autopay will not work if overpaying. I had to set up Bill Pay from another bank which is a paper check which takes a week in the mail - unacceptable in todays digital world. So my payment was mailed on 1/13/22 and as of 2/17/22 they still don't have it posted to my loan as someone in the bank posted it to the wrong account by transposing numbers. I'm still awaiting an answer. Another check was mailed out on 2/13 and it hasn't posted either. We'll see. I'll probably just pay this loan off from my retirement account as it seems their reputation is pretty horrible in online reviews and I don't expect much better. Too bad because this is at 4% on a used 5th wheel for 50k. That's the only good thing so far!

Worst bank ever for NSF fees! They don't charge you one time, per NSF fees, you get charged the $35 + another $30. Instead of stopping charges at a certain point, ie. $100, they let charges continue to go through just so they can rack up NSF fees! My son has an account there, asked specifically to not allow any charges after $60 go through, was told that it wouldn't be allowed, yeah now he's in arrears of $500. Mainly because of fees. Can't wait for him to get out of this bank.

In these days of impersonal banking (i.e. getting re-routed to an 800# somewhere in Siberia after calling a local number), it was wonderful to have the Branch Manager (Brenda) actually answer the phone and spend time with me explaining the accounts & products offered. I am a now new bank member and very happy to be so.

They've finished remodeling and moved in to the new location, the north end of the same building. It's new. A little crowded. But at least the staff are professional. The after hours door is tricky. You have to slide your ATM card to get the magnetic lock to release, but it doesn't give you enough time to open the door! So you have to insert your ATM card, push the handicap door open button, pull your ATM card, then you can get inside to access the ATM.
