Broke down five miles from home, called a different company and waited four hours for them to not show up. Called Chris from Automotive Assistance and they showed up in thirty minutes, towed my vehicle to the shop, and even gave me and my wife a ride home in his personal vehicle. Our Grand Cherokee would not start and I suspect the battery had discharged due to a faulty switch on my headlight control.I called my insurance roadside assistance line and they assigned this company.
