“Had the unfortunate experience of needing to replace my cars front windshield and went on a mission of comparing places and decided to go with speedy glass. Their front desk associate Barbra was both professional and helpful. I was really glad that they also have full recalibration services available for my type of vehicle, (I wasn’t even aware that my vehicle had a front camera until I discussed with them.) thankfully they were able to work with my insurance and we were able to schedule an appointment within a few days of the call and have the service completed. I also appreciated them being able to finish earlier than expected. I was told that I’d have around 4 hours of a wait time and the service was finished in just over two! Miguel was very thorough with explaining the process with me and I appreciated his responses and professionalism. I would recommend this establishment to anyone needing help with windshield replacements”

“I use to be a loyal customer of Bairds Automotive on Triviz , but an El Paso company named Mango took over Bairds and raised the prices and now charges a $35 service fee. Plus it took them 2 weeks to fix my car. So when my fuel pump died I went to Birchmeyer Auto they got me right in, it was ready the next business day (I took it in late on Friday) and it was half the cost that Bairds wanted to charge me and I have a lifetime warranty! Adrianne is awesome and they are so friendly! That’s why they are my go to for auto repairs from now on!”

“My wife’s car picked up a nail, or screw too close to the sidewall to be repaired. But, we bought the tires at Big O Tires around 30 months before, and so Big O replaced the tire for only the mounting and balancing fee due to their road hazard protection that came with the tire purchase. In and out super fast, and super polite staff. 100% satisfied.”

“After a road trip north my windshield was blasted with 8 chips and cracks. I was very skeptical about taking my 2020 cadillac xt4 to rays because unfortunately we live in a world where if the price is to good you feel like you're getting ripped off. I was also worried about camera calibration but after picking up the vehicle everything was tip top shape cameras working properly and quality and cleanness of work was A+ couldn't even tell the windshield had been replaced. Would recommend Rays for your glass needs, I'm glad I didn't pay double at safelite or speedy glass!”

“I moved to Las Cruces less than 3 years ago and haven't needed a mechanic in that time except for oil changes at Jiffy Lube. Last week one of my windshield wipers was malfunctioning, going off the windshield. I stopped by today ready to make an appt and the nice man, I'm sorry I don't catch your name, came out and took a look and adjusted it on the spot for free!! That's what I'm talking about! Small town service very close to my house. So now I know where to take my Camry for repairs. Thank you kindly ?”

“We had traveled from Kansas City to Las Cruces last week. Only two hours into our trip we began hearing a noise from the muffler area. My husband crawled underneath the car and determined that it was not going to be a problem as we continued our trip. We got into Las Cruces Saturday evening. My husband looked online and found Valley Muffler. He drove there Monday morning and arrived 10 minutes before opening. He called the phone number listed and Ernest came right out. He diagnosed the problem, offered two solutions then fixed the problem all within 30 minutes for a very reasonable price. We are very thankful for Ernest and his thoughtfulness to get us in immediately and fix our problem. The trip home was much more quiet!”
