Service was great. Gentleman was actually the same man who sold us our phones. He changed the sim card, it seemed to work for a day, but it looks like we have to replace the phone. He did say that might be the case, but was trying different avenues before going that route.

The representative David was incredibly helpful. He was super friendly, not pushy or rude and was just amazing, I do believe he went above and beyond to help. I will definitely be back to purchase in the future because of him. Awesome service! Thank you David!

The sales man was great, he changed my phone and did an outstanding job. He replaced my screen protector and got it on perfectly, no bubbles or misalignment of the screen protector. Looks like the factory did it!

David helped me tremendously in my time of need from unfortunately loosing my phone was very helpful great in educating me and giving an overall A+ customer service the whole process took a few minutes a lot faster than I expected was able to get to work sooner and came out with a new phone

Absolutely the worst experience possible. My husband went to this location to upgrade our phones and the salesman never asked my husband if he wanted to add all these extra things on our account, that made our monthly bill go up over $150. Shady, shady practices and a formal complaint will be made. And then, I call to ask why this was done and am lied to by the man who did this to our account by him saying he can not access our account. So you can add all of these extra charges to our account, but you can't access it? I hope that commission was worth it, while I'm on the phone with customer service to remove all these unauthorized things, and file my complaint✌️

Our friend came to visit from out of town and his phone was just acting weird n glitching. Drove into Las Cruces for the day and made a quick stop at their store. The staff was a lil busy but still took the time to assist him and fix the issues promtly.

Went to pay monthly bill. Easy process and was greeted and taken care of immediately as I walked thru the door. Have been promised a 25% reduction in monthly bill, being a veteran. That has not appeared yet. Soon I hope.

I had been with AT&T for over 20 years. My wife went in this store to replace her broken phone. It was clear the phone was inoperable. She was told by an employee here at this store that she would get the phone for free. When she got home i noticed the phone was in the bag. I thought it was strange but she told me what they told her, and I believe her over anyone. Well needless to say, That was not the truth. I feel she was taken advantage of and fast forward 4 months. In trying to resolve this issue, at least 5 calls and countless hours spent on the phone with corporate, just trying to get them to do what they told her they would do, was unsuccessful and I was given every excuse from, we are really sorry and we don't want to lose you as a valued customer. They talked to the "back office" numerous times and even they wouldn't help. We ended up leaving AT&T as it was very apparent by their actions that they were not going to honor what they had promised my wife. They were not interested in our loyalty to the company. A customer service representative told me "Sir, I would suggest that you never go back to this store again." Who tells that to a customer. and about their own company. For a little more than $700.00 this multi-billion dollar corporation stuck its nose up at us after years of customer loyalty. I had cried wolf several times over the years, especially when they would raise our bill. However this time I made good on my words. My wife made a way to pay off the phone and that was enough for us to never go back.

Todd at the Telshore store in las cruces nm is beyond helpful and knowledgeable. He adjusted our acct for a better monthly fee which is why we went there but we also ended up leaving with 3 new phones at an awesome deal. Excellent experience. Give Todd a raise!!
