Got you! That was our experience today at Ashley's. As we entered the store, Reggie received us with a big welcome. He inquired about our visit. We were quick to respond, "a new mattress and it cannot be firm, no memory foam, no pillow-top, non-cooling mattress." Wow! Were we surprised when he introduced us to the Ashley brand mattress line. After trying them out, we knew we had found our mattress, and boy were we surprised when we found out it was a memory foam! He got us! Reggie is a very professional sales representative. He is very knowledgeable, has great people skills, and has a great sense of humor! Thank you.

We've used Ashley Furniture a couple times recently and both times its been completely awesome! Especially this last time, Trevor was amazing and we were so thankful to his dedication and help in making sure we found exactly what we wanted! :D
