I don't know how the propane delivery is I'm not a customer that way but 3/4 of the small 5 gallon exchange tanks I purchase in sierra county they are all the way open with the the blue cap on them I know they shouldn't leak still but isn't that a little unsafe and just in the past 2 days I've purchased 2 tanks back to back that don't work I can't get any fuel outa either on any of my propane devices... I thought it might've been my fittings so I tried something else and still nothing... I'm not playing bad service or anything just maybe quality control on your bottle dock hands maybe

I’ve dealt with a lot of terrible companies but this company by far has to be the worst.From incompetent reps to reps that just lie to get you off the phone. If you have any other options take them!! DO NOT give this lying scheming company any of your money.

Would not recommend. They offer a 24 hour emergency service for $300. I paid the fee and had to wait 4 days for delivery. Literally go anywhere else but AmeriGas.

Never had any complaints when it was servigas, but ever since it became amerigas, service has been getting worse and worse. Been without gas for over a week. Delivery dates were over so i tried calling customer service, couldn't get a hold of anyone, tried going to the office, its closed due to covid. Finally got a hold of customer service, and they said the delivery driver took the wrong road, and just marked as non-delivery. The bad thing is, my delivery got cancelled, and they just kept it to themselves. No one called me or said anything, just left me here waiting for gas until I tried to figure out what was going on. Customer service said all they could do was reschedule my delivery. I hope these reviews cause some change, but I am switching to another company.

New customer service automated is the worst of the worst. We’ve used Servigas/Amerigas since 1994. I canning teach local office but one in Ohio. Attendants English is not their primary language, phone connection terrible and they had trouble recognizing or finding my account. I am nearly out of gas, finally after a grueling 30 minutes on the phone, an order was placed with delivery in a week, no confirmation of the delivery date. If Amerigas want to be a National Company, the should move away from Las Cruces. I’ll be finding another supplier.David VanCottLas Cruces, NM

After 30 years, the regulator on my gas tank died on December 24. I called for service and a repairman was at my that morning. I was glad to have heat and hot water over the Christmas weekend.I like the online tool which I can use to update the status of my gas tank.

Amerigas has a class action suit against them. Go get the money owed to you. They have been ripping off customers since 2009.

First, read all the "fine print" for hidden charges. The $75 safety check touted on the website is almost $150. Secondly, I was given a per gallon rate for first-time fill up that was not honored. Trying to reach anyone in customer service is impossible. I even wrote a snail-mail letter with my documentation, which was ignored. I am furious with this company, unhappy with their incredible lack of customer service, and can only warn others: stay away!

I have been receiving service from this company for since 1994. Never has the service been so bad. However the emails I have received and the recorded message state that they have improved "customer experience". All false. Customer service cannot tell me when I will get my delivery. Furthermore, there is no supervisor that will take a call or an email to place a concern. If I ever get a fill from this company, it will be the last. Good luck to others and I guess buy plenty of space heaters.

I asked this company for a new installation quote for a propane tank and made an appointment for a 2-5pm time frame and which the company never showed up. Please be aware before hiring this company

I was a customer for 10 years until I ran out of gas, was not filled up do to some mix up. They could not get to me for several days. I also sat at their closed gate while the sole office staff was at lunch wondering if they were closed- no sign on their gate saying they were closed for lunch. I was told "we've been closing for lunch for years". I changed to Griffin. Amerigas is billing me $145 to pick up my tank, even though my signed agreement was left blank for the pick up amount. In conversation with Jesse I was informed that something was sent in the mail updating the terms and that my non-response was an agreement to those terms. So-does that mean they could of put $1000 to pick it up and I was legally responsible for it? I doubt it. I tried very hard to come to an agreement with Jesse and he wouldn't budge. Do not do business with these folks.

After reading the reviews, I decided not to take my RV to this business to fill up. Sounds like they lack customer service skills so not going to patronize a business like that. U-Haul, here we come.

The worst propane company in town, 100 gallon min and the the tank can't even hold 100 gallons unless it bone dry. I wish I could give less stars they deserve it.
