I totally disagree with how you anticipate when I need propane! In the 20+ years this is the first time I am not happy with your company. I don't want my tank to reach 10% before you send someone to deliver. When I called (twice), I talked to representatives that didn't give 'a hoot' about how I felt and explained that this could not be changed.

Ever since Amerigas bought my propane company I have had nothing but issues with billing, deliveries and customer service. Amerigas is the most expensive in the area. Will be looking for a new company.

My Driver Mark is a true professional always let's me know he's coming so I can make provisions for he's delivery,it's always nice to see him we have also become friends. I was a driver before so I know a good one when I see one.

When my current propane runs out, I will be paying the money to remove your tank and installing another. You guys SUCK that bad! Your Las Cruces, NM franchise is terrible. A customer cannot even go physically to a location to talk to someone locally. That is NOT the case with all other propane distributors here. EVERYONE else in this area gets propane delivery sooner than a week. Also, I had you on autopay, but I kept getting charges for deliveries that were not delivered. My heat and stove are gas. everything else is electric. I only need propane in the winter. Now I am getting charged a tank rental fee because I don't order enough propane and when I tried to pay my bill, they wanted a $17 fee for paying with a credit card. So NOPE, no more Amerigas for me. I'd pay $10,000 to get rid of Amerigas. Fortunately, for a mere $1500 I can have what my neighbors have, a decent propane company who has timely deliveries.

I don't know how the propane delivery is I'm not a customer that way but 3/4 of the small 5 gallon exchange tanks I purchase in sierra county they are all the way open with the the blue cap on them I know they shouldn't leak still but isn't that a little unsafe and just in the past 2 days I've purchased 2 tanks back to back that don't work I can't get any fuel outa either on any of my propane devices... I thought it might've been my fittings so I tried something else and still nothing... I'm not playing bad service or anything just maybe quality control on your bottle dock hands maybe
