Thru no fault of my own, I needed to get a couple of refunds back due to being overcharged, etc.. Went back to store at 8:40 PM.. self service gal first was telling me that Id need to come back next day because customer service was closed. Finally convinced her to call a manager-"Megan"... Who did proceed to help me. However apparently when they 'give' you back your money you are due, it cannot go back on original card unless you used it like a credit card! Had to take cash. Stupid and probably not true 'rule'...!?! Really a big hassle!- El Paseo Rd Albertsons

Seriously some of the slowest checkout in New Mexico, and that’s saying a lot. Having one register and self checkout open means you have ONE check stand open. Support your community and hire more people!

Being a youthful 81 year old, I shop ONLY where I do not have to work for FREE. Where there'friendly cashiers and someone to bag my purchases.
Albertsons provides both wirh a smile!

We purchased cookies from the bakery labeled “oatmeal raisin.” When we got home we discovered that they were actually chocolate chip with walnuts. My husband is allergic to walnuts and I called the store to speak to the manager. Her attitude conveyed that she wasn’t very concerned (saying “uh huh” in response to my complaint ). They certainly didn’t seem to be worried about the fact that mislabeling products can actually be deadly to the consumer.

Your apps never seem to work and I seem to always annoy your staff when I ask them about the app and what I’m doing wrong. The employees are mostly rude with the exception of 1 or 2 of them. I can hear employees talking about customers in front me. I’m wondering Is there any training on customer service before hiring?
The check out lines are always long now that you have self check out. No more “3’s a crowd “? . It’s really frustrating waiting in long lines then bagging $300 of groceries after I have already had a long day at work. I feel like you’re kind of expensive for the lack of customer service you provide, ultimately.
I also noticed the price of your French bread has went up and the size got smaller , also I bought cut up pineapple and the plastic you now use does not have a safety tab to open and also the plastic is flimsy . My pineapple chunks flew everywhere in my bag .
Your changes are in going in the wrong direction. Bottom dollar up , customer service down .

I like the Albertson's on El Paseo, but my last 3 visits the deli staff doesn't seem to care if there are customers waiting. They've got their backs turned and when they finally look up, they're in no hurry to help.

I'm tired of going to Albertsons and thinking I'm gonna save money and I don't. I pick an item it says 8.99 on sale 5.49 and they charge me 9.00. It's always like that. A multi million dollar company stealing from me . I'm on ssdi and foidstamps. At least at Walmart I get tings at the posted price. The hell with Albertsons. I would rather spend the extra gas to go to Walmart. Your lucky you got one star because you don't deserve any
