We had problems with our slide on our motorhome. We called and left a message. Patrick called us back in a short time. He came the next morning which was fine with us. He came to the campground at the time he said. He introduced himself, very polite. Fixed our problem in a short time. Highly recommend him.

Had leak in sewer system between the outlet and a macerator. An authorized dealer failed to find and fix so started to do myself and decided the go to an experienced RV repair shop. I was very uncomfortable with the price and layers of folks involved - a preliminary description , necessary use them to get park at high mark up and delay then, talking to a scheduler and never never talking to the person who was actually doing the work. Then I took a chance on Affordable RV in Las Cruses NM. I found the part on my own, Went to them and talked to the owner/technician (2 person shop) , he was ok with me getting my part, said he thought it would take 2 hours at 150 and hour (previous large provided was 250). He took an hour - charged my 140 (only took an hour), explained to me what he did, some risks I had to watch out for - what a wonderful experience for me . Sewer leak fixed, dealt with wonderful people. I would go our of my way to take my RV to this shop whenever I could. -

My generator tailpipe was really bent (AWD isn’t high clearance) and I was afraid it would take forever if I had to order a new one, or possibly get one manufactured. John was able to bend and weld the pipe and send me on my way. I would definitely use this shop again.
