Awesome company super happy with the results. Picked up an old olhausen that had been beaten up pretty bad a they came in an had it done and looking beautiful in a super timely manner. I initially inquired about just changing the felt an Mr rice went above and beyond by fixing some of the trim that ihad broke moving it aswell as making sure the pockets and everything was in functioning order. The job was done so good idont see myself needing their services anytime soon or in the future. These guys are the real deal super efficient and the cost was very reasonable can’t wait to break it in this weekend ??

Julio moved an old Global coin operated table for me and re-felted it and set it up. The way they set up the table, the new felt and new bumpers, made the table like new! Plays Great!

** UPDATE we thought our table settled out like Julio said it may. He came out-on a holiday- rechecked everything and found out the problem in about 10 min. Turns out our table was fine and we had unbalanced balls!YOU DON’T WANT TO GO WITH ANYONE ELSE.. they picked this beauty up in rio rancho and safely brought it home here in Las Cruces, Julio and Chris did an amazing job and we are extremely happy with the results.

Julio and Chris are true table mechanics, I would not take my business anywhere else. They are professional, courteous, clean and most of all PRECISE! I couldn't be happier with the service that Julio provided. We bought a used table from out of town and since he was highly recommend we didn't look anywhere else. Once he saw the table, he could tell the bumpers were bad. He completely assembled the table so we could use it during Covid and then made time to come back and fix it once he had all the right material. He went above and beyond what we had originally asked of him. Highly recommend!

A Better Billiards Service is fantastic! Julio set up my new table perfectly. His attention to detail and professionalism is amazing. He went above and beyond for me, being very flexible with the schedule of delivery to having lots of patience with all my questions. Julio is very responsive, always answering or returning my calls right away during the whole process. He was very careful and instructed his staff every step of the way. He took care and made sure he and his crew washed their hands and tools before touching my new table. This may seem like a given, but I've experienced otherwise lately with other contractors very recently and it makes a big difference. I believe Julio is very fair in his pricing and his quality of work is worth every dollar. Thank you Julio for doing a great job and making it very easy for me through the whole process!

Julio assembled a pool table for me and did a fantastic job. His rates are reasonable and I was very pleased with the level of care, knowledge and professionalism he presented. I admit to being a pretty finicky customer and have nothing but high praise of his service!
