These people are great. My truck slid into a ditch on it's side in a snow storm in Ruidoso and Juan got it out with ease. The skill involved was amazing and he got it out with no additional damage to the vehicle. I was extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend Alamo. Thanks again Juan!

Juan and his team were great to work with. Not only did Juan call me to try to trouble shoot my issue before coming out to get me, they went out of their way to get me off the trail so I could get it towed into town for a new starter. Not many tow companies willing to go off road to recover, but Juan and team went above and beyond!

Forest was super awesome. He let me know that he had to get fuel before he came up to Cloudcroft. He stayed in contact with us and let me know when he was coming up the mountain. He was super fast at loading the truck up. He got us home quick and safe. Once he got us home he unload the truck. He was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service!!!

Alamo Towing was able to take my car to El Paso, TX after another towing company cancelled because they forgot that they were scheduled to take it. Not only was Alamo Towing, on short notice, able to take it they arrived early.The tow truck driver, Kenny, was a pleasure to work with. He was pleasant to talk to and very professional. He kept me informed about the status of my vehicle and when he arrived at the destination.Great company to work with.Service: Special vehicle towing
