I don’t recommend anyone banking with these clowns. They all have major attitude problems. They like to put funds that don’t belong to you into your account. This happens every Fridays on everyone’s payday.I argue with them about why I always see funds that I didn’t put into my account is available for me to use or I would see a notification pop up on my phone screen letting me know I have funds available.This company is playing with peoples money and putting in other peoples account.No stars for these clowns of a circus there running. I suggest to take out your money and bank else where.

Called all week, 4 or 5 times a day, got through maybe 3 times and got transferred to another person that won’t answer the phone, left 5 messages with no return call, I might have to take a day off of work just to do some banking!! One star is giving them to much credit!!

Service stinks, and very unfriendly, needed a notary done for mother who's a member ,and disabled, was turned away because the lady who does Notary says she's only bonded to do inside business

I had some funds withdrawn fraudulently from my account. About $900! Filed a dispute right way and did everything accordingly. Waited to hear from them. Nothing they said it would take 6 weeks to get fixed and returned.. waited that for them to tell me that person quit that was taking care of it. So someone else picked up the case and right away said they couldn't do anything about it. Pretty much had to take the loss. Questioned it again, now that offices are opened. Just for them to say again, well it was transfered to someone so we couldn't get the funds returned???? Considering I never authorized the transfers!!

The credit union is just getting worse and worse. I called for 30 mins straight and finally gave up. Did a walk in because they wont answer their phone, asked why they don't answer. A lady said if we are busy inside we dont answer any calls. That's such an inconvenience. It's so hard to get anything done there. The line inside and drive thru is always so long and phones are never answered.

Has to be the worst experience I've had with banks. everyone always in a bad mood here. Nobody answers the phone. They all must be so busy with their difficult jobs. Somehow I can't spend my own money. Please, don't waste your time with this bank.

It's a great place to do b your banking business....I change my mind....this bank is very racist and stubborn....the DIRECTOR IS SO UNREASONABLE AND SHE BLOCKED ME FROM BANKING THERE JUST BECAUSE MY EX-HUSBAND REQUESTED THAT THEY DON'T BANK WITH ME.
