“Long story, but I'll try to make it short. My family and I are on a roadtrip from Alabama so a long way from home. We started having issues with our 2017 OB and thought it was different things. After seeing other shops along our route, the issues were never resolved. We thought we could make it to Albuquerque, but unfortunately all subarbu shops were closed on the weekend or booked. Then, with apparently God on our side a timeslot opened up at First Class Auto. They were able to quickly identify the problem and make the repairs. The issue was totally different than what other shops, the auto parts store, and I thought it was. Turns out our whole wheel bearing / hub was about to fall off! First Class Auto got the parts in and job done quickly and efficiently. They saved our roadtrip plus They caught and fixed an issue that could have costs us our lives! (They also do military discounts ?) Thank you FCA!”

“I took my car into Keith's Alignment based on all of the glowing Google reviews. I want to start by confirming Keith's is the best alignment shop in Albuquerque. I only get my car aligned about every 10 years, and seeing as how alignment affects vehicle tracking and tire wear, I want the job done correctly. Keith and his team have been doing this type of work for a long time, and they know what they are doing. Keith was very friendly, and he took the time to look over all the tires and the steering and suspension components. I had already been under the car, and everything looked good to me. Keith confirmed the components were in good shape, and only needed to make a few adjustments. He diagnosed the true problem to be worn out tires. I also knew the tires were near end of life, but Keith has convinced me the problem is far more urgent. Looks like I'll be getting new tires for Christmas. Keith's shop charges extremely fair prices. You'll pay about the same at Keith's as you would anywhere else. The difference is you'll receive the absolute best care at Keith's. You should definitely take your car to Keith's for alignment. Just be aware you must call and schedule your appointment right away, because Keith's shop is completely full all of the time. It may take a week before Keith can see you. Yes, I know that sucks, but just get on the schedule and wait your turn. Don't trust this critical vehicle service to anyone else. And no, I don't normally bother to leave Google reviews, but it's important to know where to go in Albuquerque for the best products and services.”

“I chose this company for body work on my car after I had been in an accident. They were amazing! They took care of everything for me as well as seamlessly communicating with my insurance and the staff was very kind. They had my vehicle fixed in 10 days and when I got it back it looked brand new as if the accident never happened. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking to get your car fixed. “Replaced my driver side mirror and needed the after market part painted to match, as is common with most Amazon orders. Sandia Toyota recommend Body Master to me. After contacting Body Master, they were able to perfectly paint match the mirror to the body code on my vehicle (070). They offered a cash payment option and same day service in about 3 hours and the mirror looks great! The receptionist even recommended a friend of hers for painting my wife's nails. I highly recommend this company for quality service with a home town touch of customer care. Thanks!”
“I can't recommend this tire shop enough! Ernesto's honesty and expertise truly set this place apart. When I came in needing a tire replacement before a 600-mile trip, I expected a quick sale. Instead, Ernesto took the time to educate me about the importance of matching tire tread patterns for optimal vehicle performance and safety.
Rather than selling me one of his tires (which he had in stock and were suitable for my car), Ernesto advised me to go to Walmart to find a tire with the exact same tread pattern as my existing ones. He explained that mismatched treads could cause issues during my long journey.
This level of integrity is rare these days. Ernesto prioritized my safety over making a quick sale. His knowledge about tire safety and willingness to share it, even when it didn't benefit him financially, was impressive.”

“I'm so grateful for the guys at Auto Correct. I got a flat tire unexpectedly while driving near the shop. I was already running late to pick up my kiddo from camp, but I pulled in hoping they could quickly help air up my tire. Even with a gazillion other cars ahead of me, the nicest guy, Aaron helped me right away. As he was putting air in my tire he notices a huge hole in the front wall and, unfortunately, the air was coming out as fast as it was going in. Aaron and the owner (who's name I didn't not catch) were so kind and offered to help put my spare tire on for me so I could go pick up my kiddo. I am so grateful for their kindness and generosity. I'll definitely be going back for any car maintenance needs from now on. It's so important to support local businesses especially when they support their community by offering help when they can. They definitely gained a customer in me and my family. 10/10 highly recommend.”

So glad I found you! Browns, is honest, fair priced, gets things done quickly. My experience with Isaac was wonderful. He called me back happy and chipper scheduled me for that afternoon.
While I was waiting for my car to be looked at and repaired, Brown’s has a policy of being able to drive me back to my place of living and pick me up when things are complete.
The mechanic went over the car with a fine tooth comb. Found a few things that needed repair. Was taken care of quickly. They are very transparent about everything they are doing and why. Was able to pick up my car next morning.
I trusted them about the pricing. But they were telling me. Hundred percent honest.
