She rejected my appointment because I didn’t have a passport picture and she said she was too busy to take a picture even though I got there early and there was nobody, when asked a question she answered sarcastic and rude.

Save yourself the hassle and do not stop by this place. David is Extremely unprofessional. He rejected our appointment because I didnt have a passport picture which I included when I made the appointment. He said they couldnt take a photo. I ended up going to Walgreens came back when walk in hours was and he still told me he couldnt help me because he was “fully booked” even on walk in hours.

I was unable to even get to the store because the roads prohibit anyone that isn’t an Isleta resident.

Closes exactly at 4:00pm..Postal service is good with the mail always has been great. Post lady can be rude.
