This post office is awful. The manager is rude is talks down to lower ranks. He’s disrespectful when answering questions

There were about 5 of us in line, while one postmaster assisted us. Meanwhile, the second postmaster was too busy playing with his dog.

This place is horrible. Got a note put in my box to let me know my 150 dollar package had arrived, only to find out they lost it during the time they had it which was about a day.

This whole base is trash everything closes so early. People on this state don’t like to work I guess. How are you going to open the post office for only an hour on Saturday that’s just lazy

Closes too early…everything on base closes to early, packages aren’t available until the next day, and it seems to be unorganized. I’ve seen way busier post offices pump out packages on the same day of delivery. I was told that only perishable items and large boxes are available same day. That just sounds like no one wants to sift through the other items and make them available.

If you are receiving packages from FedEx I recommend you don't have them sent to this post office. They will not give you your package for one to two additional days even after they have received it.

Super rude employees they couldn’t help me find my package that I shipped over a month ago all they can tell me is open a case.

I am currently on my seventh deployment, so having my mail forwarded is nothing new. It is however, my first time deploying from Holloman AFB.I requested to have my my mail forwarded, 2 weeks prior to my departure in December for 6 months. My request lasted a little over a month before USPS started leaving packages at my door and leaving mail in my box. Needless to say my packages were stolen (it was weeks before I noticed, because I didn't realize that postal reps required constant follow-up).I contacted USPS and they apologized. An apology only goes so far though, I had to ask where my mail was again in April and June. The postmaster Jerry, told me, my mother and my first sergeant something different each time. "New carrier," or "We (USPS) can't forward packages," even though they previously forwarded two of the subscription boxes they said they couldn't forward, "someone ripped the label out of your mailbox," even though I am single and nobody has access to my mailbox, to completely disregarding me because they are "busy and undermanned."In the 6 months I have been deployed, my mother has received 11 pieces of mail. You think they would have forwarding mail down considering they are located on a military installation where people are constantly deployed/TDY, but that is not the case.It is by far the worst service I have received from any post office in my 9 PCSs and 7 deployments. I recommend having friends/family check your mail while you're out because they do not understand the concept of forwarding.

Placed a forward on my mail for a deployment and then terminated it shortly before my return and they never took the forward off of my box so they have just been labeling my mail as undeliverable and return to sender for a month. Worst customer service ever

I use the SAME address that both FedEx and UPS delivered accurately to my home on base. Except for USPS. Even though they are ON base and deliver ON base daily for some reason they couldn’t find or “verify” my address according to the online tracker for an important package. Unreal. Otherwise great staff, but I often visit them for delivery issues such as this when there’s no mistake on my address.

Package says delivered and it is not. I don't understand how you put a package as delivered and it was not. That is not professional. Two packages this year have been lost and I'm heading towards third.
