If there was an option for -1 stars I’d put ti. You’d be better off just digging a hole and dying then coming here. This clinic is a joke and nobody knows what they’re doing. By the time you’re able to make an appointment you’re already dead.

20 minute hold to get a script activated at the pharmacy. Out of stock on numerous medications that are readily available out in town. This unit needs more resources and training.

If I could give them no stars, I would. It's like the PCMs don't even care about your health. It shouldn't take 2 months for me to have an appointment for a serious medical reason either. Lastly, I feel really confident with my healthcare when the assistance rolls her eyes at you.

The pediatricians here have no clue what they're doing.

Only guarantee is that they won’t answer the phones during business hours which are few and far between to begin with. Infuriating to get ahold of.

The receptionist needs to be replaced. The patients level of care should not be determined by the mood of a receptionist. My 16year old has gone to every appointment on base alone. Well child check, womens heath, and immunizations, as the age of medical consent in NM is 14. When I take her I am left in the lobby as she is old enough to consent to her medical care. Even with my younger children as young as 11 at the end of their appointments I am asked to leave so they can speak to my kids alone. Today, the receptionist decided that my 16yo cannot check herself into her own appointment. She instead needs a parent. So my self and my two babies are in the parking lot waiting on my husband to come help with a flat tire. Once he arrives, I go inside to check her into her appointment. It was 14 minutes past her appointment time. We arrived at 10:27 for a 10:40appointment. The receptionist spent 15 minutes arguing back and forth with a teenager about whether or not she actually had gone to past appointments alone. She even went as far as to look up her past appointments and argue with her about when she had her well child check. When I went into the clinic we were told to sit and they’d be with us shortly. We were then told it is 15 minutes past her appointment time and they have a 10 minute window, therefore we can wait another hour and a half for the next appointment today (12:20)or reschedule. There was not a single person in the lobby. The appointment was just to get a referral to a dermatologist for acne. So because the receptionist decided she wouldn’t check in our 16yr old, her appointment was “missed”. What a waste of our time and the military’s time. We drove 30 minutes for the appointment for no reason at all, my daughter even provided them with my number to call me and ask me to come inside, which they did not do. Getting a referral could easily be done over the phone, however they decided she needed to be seen in person because now as a teen she has acne, but they have no record or indication in the past that points to her, a teenager, needing a dermatologist. What a joke. Even with a referral this town has few medical resources. If you can avoid this base, do so at all costs. Called the medical group line to talk to a patient advocate, hahaha they have a prompt to press 5 to speak to an advocate. After pressing five there is no other option to connect you with a medical advocate. Does this base not have one?

If you get tied to this base...good luck...

This Kafkaesque nightmare is the most ridiculous excuse for a medical facility one could possibly imagine. The amount of hassle, contradictory information, and time wasted for simple, routine, mandatory exams rides the line between infuriating and hilarious. Such a level of organizational failure should only exist on TV.

This places has one of the worst doctors/ nurse practitioners i have ever encountered, with my personal experience with one PCM. If it wasnt for referrals that i got from a civilian urgent care i wouldnt have gotten the care i needed.

I went for my prescription at the pharmacy and the people there are so friendly and efficient!!! I’ve had a great experience with them every time I go so I don’t understand the others negative feedback. The people there work really hard and deserve praise!!

Appointments are months out. I am not real confident in there ability, one doctor says one thing and then you get seen by someone else who says something different l. Requested to go see a specialist and was denied. So hopefully I am fine.

Op Med: cut my medication cold turkey (because they're under staff) after giving me a wrong dosage, then double dosage. I contacted everyone under the sun for help including patient advocacy and 2 months after reaching out initially and she said there was nothing anyone could do although i have a current prescription. Im still struggling without my medication. The front desk lady is rude and sarcastic and doesnt relay messages because she's untrained on their new system. I begged to be switched to any other medical facility for my treatment and they said no. Urgent care in town was a temporary resolve but now I'm back to being untreated and having awful symptoms. This place has probably killed people...and the lack of accountability is insane and encouraged. What I experience should be illegal coming from our medical "experts". 3-4 months to get an appointment ....THIS is how active duty memeber are treated at the 49th MDG. If you have a choice in moving as active duty here and already have medical issues PLEASE BE WARNED.

Been trying to talk to my PCM since 22 Jun, for 3 weeks. Not getting anywhere. I have 2 referrals that he will not extend until he sees me, but I can't get a face to face until next month, 16 days before my retirement DOS, WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO HAVE TO CHANGE ME PCMs AGAIN. PATIENT ADVOCATE HAS BEEN OUT ALL DAY AND WILL NOT EVEN ANSWER THE ON CALL CELL PHONE. WORST CLINIC IN 21 YEARS.
