Worse place to go wish the lovington branch was still open! Alot more friendly and helpful. Make an apt if the branch is still open and 30mins to closing time they will turn you away. Something nice to know if I'm making an hour trip.

This Wells Fargo Bank frustrates me quite often. I've had an account opened here at this particular Hobbs, NM, location since before most Gen Zers were born. Nowadays - usually after the weekends on Monday morning - I come to the ATM drive-thru either here or at the one by Murphy USA gas station across from Walmart. They are both constantly out of cash or inoperable. Am I supposed to change my routine because of this? I think not! So there are two drive-thru ATMs. I think there are also walk-up ATMs near the front entrance, but obviously I prefer the drive-thru. The times that I have gone inside to get fat wads of cash for under -the-table jobs around my house, I had decent service, but some of the employees are very unprofessional. I guess because I look their age that I don't care, but I have been taken aback by how they carelessly speak ill about others in my presence. It used to be so much nicer going to the bank. Nicer vibes. Nicer decor. Nicer envelopes. Nicer dollar bills. Not ones that look like they've been on a toothless hooker. Nicer everything. Online banking has most likely ruined the personal experience here.

I've called multiple times today and gotten no answer. When I got transferred to the Hobbs location from the Wells Fargo customer service rep they told me "good luck" then transferred me just to have Hobbs not answer again.

I had to go to the office on N Turner to make a deposit on a Friday morning and there were only two tellers working in the lobby. They need to have more teller windows open on a Friday morning in the lobby. I guess that's why I hardly go inside this bank. Too much of a hassle.

Been calling this branch for an hour. No answer. I just drove by and they are not busy. The stats online also show NOT BUSY yet no one can answer the phone. What a joke!

They consistently target my company. They accuse me of *"putting excess cash" in my deposits. I made four deposits that day. And was told I was no longer allowed in the drive through. I should have pocketed the money as it wasn't my mistake but through my honestly I returned the money with the stipulation I would receive a apology and was scoffed at. And since then my deposits have been mysteriously short any time I bring a change order at the same time. They refuse to answer their phone suddenly when they steal from me, but answer immediately when they accidently give away their money.

Customer service is terrible, waiting in the lobby almost 3 hours before anyone could talk to me. Them my wife asked for a restroom and they said there’s no public restrooms for their customers.

On a friday..had to wait forever in line ...you need more empliyees.. And get this I forgot my wallet so no id no atm card...I just needed to make a few dollars deposit...No.No..You need your ID to make a deposit...what a waste of time. What a joke with this bank

SLOOOWWWWWW. SLOW. They are terriblely slow. The lovington location was soo good. Fast and friendly now I have to drive all the way to hobbs wait 1 hour for rude service. Time to switch banks.
