Pretty cool so far only three days in but so far no complaints. Can't say they don't have the equipment you need. There's literally everything there and if the ain't got it there's something just as good as what I need. They even have the TRX bands. Those would be great if they offered a class on how to utilize them. Either way they're there and with a fit presence.

Tried to use the gym and pulled up right after a lady. The lady went in first, saw me and turned around and locked the door. Hours on the door said office hours 10-8. Had to go another gym.

Most comfortable And welcoming staff. They are always there to answer questions and never make you feel bad. Their personal trainers are by far the most amazing people and the attached spa is the best in 100 mile radius, Melissa works miracles!!!

This gym is extremely expensive. They charge more than 5x what the local planet fitness charges for a lot less equipment and perks. They charge $50 per month, plus the first month includes a one time "sign up" fee of $25. Be prepared for pay $75 for just one month.

Music was so loud I couldn't talk to my friend while we worked out. Not sure what was going on in the parking lot but something shady was.

I. LOVE. THIS. GYM! They have a lot of unique equipment hard to find at other gyms, like a weight sled. This gym has everything you need from cardio equipment to free weights, plus expanding to offer more services. Ms. Alejandra went above and beyond with customer service my first time there, and its always super clean!

Super great service, an amazing gym for out of towners. very comfortable gym and people. The owner and staff are wonderful. Perfect gym has everything you need to get an amazing workout no matter what fitness level you are!

Two centers for those looking to challenge themselves. One, the front gymnasium. Air conditioned, clean equipment, cable and pulley systems. Great for a quick workout or for conditioning. Part 2. The grind house!!! Blood, sweat and tears. This is the place where you go to make or break your greatest efforts and power through until your ready to break again the next day!

they have everything you need to fit your workout: cardio and weight lifting. I enjoy their machines as well as their free weights. From punching bags to tires and sledge hammers to a sled for leg workouts they have it all.
