I went to Staples to Fax and it's self serve credit card only, nit having it. Went to UPS Store, and in 5 minutes, it faxed, got receipt, and back home.

I have used this UPS Store for various products, and shipping. The staff here are very helpful, knowledgeable and honest!They have done many printing jobs for us, all of which have come out exactly as expected, but also in a fast timeframe.Looking forward to doing more business in the future!

A thief works here. I shipped a classic collectors edition baseball card and let slip to the clerk it was valuable and the package never arrived. According to customer service at their 800 number the package never left their store. Don't bring anything here you don't want stolen

I had issues with fed ex shipping a airsoft rifle and went here. Here at the UPS store they helped me in less than 8 minutes to get it shipped to where I needed it to go and knew exactly how Airsoft rifles are categorized. I recommend this store if you need anything shipped, very friendly and helpful !

Don’t use this UPS my daughter mailed a $1000 I Phone to me and I never received the package. Now I have to file a claim and loss an I Phone. The manager Heidi is blaming the UPS in Albuquerque. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE!!!!!!?????No I Phone still and it’s going on 16 days. Still waiting for my IPhone to be delivered. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE????

This UPS Store is fast, easy & friendly. I made an Amazon return on 9/13/2022. Not only was I promptly greeted when I entered the store with a warm, friendly smile, but service thereon was nice and quick. There is ample parking in a shared plaza lot. This UPS is in the plaza next to the Walgreens. This is a business that other local businesses could take major pointers from... I appreciate their high level of professionalism.

This location has a lot to offer. Mail boxes, faxing, notary, package pick up, mailing supplies, Amazon returns, and more. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The parking lot is not the best and gets packed. Mornings are normally slower.

VERY BAD SERVICE ? PESIMO THEY LEAVE THE PACKAGES WHERE LESDA WINS. THE AMAZON BOX OF TAN MOGADA Q WAS BROKEN WHEN I WAS AMETER IT IN FULL RAIN. AND ALL BECAUSE THE WOMAN FROM THE UPS LEFT IT THERE WITHOUT EVEN TOUCHING OR LEAVING IT IN FRONT OF THE DOOR .. DIDN'T HAVE TO LEAVE IT IN MADIO GROUND. ... THEY DO NOT LOOK FOR THE ADDRESS IF THEIR GPS DOESN'T GIVE YOU THE HUBICATION THEY DO NOT ASK FOR YOUR NAME OR LAST NAME, THEY JUST LEAVE THEM WHERE IT HAPPENS

Great place for your mailing needs. I was returning some things to Amazon and they were helpful and kind. Can’t say that for the Staples that would take the return because of the type of return label. I will be using The UPS Store from now on.
