Store hours advertised closing at 8 pm. Went there at 7:40 pm it was closed. Advertise fax service. I was told 04/18/23 they have no fax service. False advertising? Or they just don't give a hoot about their customers. I will drive to Lubbock if i need to. No more staples for me. If you go out of business you know why.... read full comment

Change the website to the correct open time. You are not open at 8am on Saturdays.

I waited to mail a pkg. there were 3 female workers talking and one texting the entire time, never looked my way or stated they'dbe right with me. The worker at the register saw me waiting and the workers ignoring and also did not acknowledge or say anything. Horrible customer service, which led me to take my business elsewhere.
